Ward W. Johnson, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Iowa in 1989 and has practiced in Aspen since 1992. I am very happy to welcome you to our dental practice and want you to know I appreciate the chance to take care of you and your family. Kathy has been with Dr. Johnson since September 2009, but has been in the field of dentistry for over 20 years as an Registered Dental Assistant and a Sales Representative. 'I especially enjoy meeting and talking with all of our patients, making them smile and helping them in anyway possible'. Yes, you can have fun at the dentist!! When I 'm not in the office, I enjoy my home in Glenwood with my husband and my 2 little dogs. I love skiing, hiking, biking, travel and living in the mountains!!
Allison is a native of Michigan. She moved to Colorado in 2007 and graduated with a Bachelors degree of Science in dental hygiene at Michigan University. In 2010 Allison joined Dr. Johnson to support the periodontal health of the practice. She lives in Glenwood with her husband and 2 boys. She likes to spend her free time hiking, rafting, skiing, camping and loves all outdoor activities.
Kelly graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and Metropolitan State University, of Minneapolis, MN receiving a GDH in 1982 and BA in Public Health in 1990. Kelly moved to Aspen in 1995. She is passionate about dental health. Kelly works one day a week with Dr. Johnson and the remaining weekdays she works with a new non-profit dental organization in the valley. She enjoys skiing, biking, hiking and raising her two beautiful boys.
Cathy came to our practice in April of 2017 and has 26 yrs of dental hygiene experience. Cathy loves her work helping people achieve optimum oral health. In her time at home she enjoys skiing, boating, camping and all outdoor activities. We are so happy to have her on our team!
Shannon joined our team November 2016 and has been a ray of sunshine! She is from the U.P of Michigan and the mountains brought her to Colorado. Her first experience in Dental was in Durango working with a pediatric dentist. She enjoys meeting all of the locals in Aspen and tries to make every dental visit 'a little more enjoyable'. When she is not in the office you can find her skiing, hiking, listening to live music with her friends and enjoying all that beautiful Colorado has to offer.
Evelyn joined our team in March of 2017 and is our cheerleader in the office, always happy!! She grew up in the great state of Colorado and lives in DeBeque. Dental assisting is something she enjoys just as much as being a wife and mother to her son and doggies. She follows the motto of 'Tomorrow is always a new day'.
