Such a great experience for my twins! The hygienist Alicia was very patient with them and took great care of them during their appointment! The front office staff was polite from the time we walked in to the time we left. I would so recommend going to Aspen Dental in Green Bay!

Painless extraction. Great job on setting in new temporary lower partial. Nice I could get in the next day for a checkup on this setup.

All the ladies were very kind and respectful and were straight to the point when saying what may or may not need to be fixed - they never hid their prices and they are also priced lower than other dentist offices I have been to. Highly recommended

And entire staff of very nice patient people. Very organized, managed my time wonderfully. I went in for x-rays and an assessment and they actually had the time to do one filling and a cleaning the same day while I was still there lol amazing service

Hello I am an existing Aspen Dental customer. A few years back I had them make my upper and lower full dentures. Only after my local family dentist tried his best but had no clue what he was doing to even take the tooth impressions. He had no internal lab where he could make my dentures. He would have to send them somewhere locally to be made. HE HAD NO CLUE what he was doing. As I try and function in society with no teeth for several months. I finally got fed up and fired him and got my money back. I stopped by another dental facility however they were closed for the noon hour. I google Green Bay dental and saw an ad for Aspen Dental. I drove there and walked in and asked if they could help me where the prior dentist had failed. They were busy and I understood that. I made an appointment for the following morning. After my exam at Aspen Dental I was shown several options on dentures. Gum color and tooth color and size. This I had no option previously. I chose the mid level set price wise and we got started. They did the molds and my teeth were beautiful and fitment was precise. I was extremely satisfied. Anyhow earlier this week i broke a penny size piece off of the frontal part of my lower denture during nightly cleaning. The following day which was yesterday I got there to be the first in line. As I awaited the door opening I was greeted by the receptionist. I explained my situation and she asked if I could come back tomorrow, which is today, because there was no dentist on duty. I asked to make an appt and she assured me that an appointment was not needed. So that gets me to today. Again I was at Aspen Dental on Oneida street in Green Bay, WI, when they opened up, The receptionist greeted me with smiles again and went in back to speak with the dentist I assume. She came back and said they would make a new impression of the lowers and it should be ready in 3 hours after. The Dentist did call me back and was super polite and kind. She made the impression and told me to return at 11:45 am today. So I went home to chill for a bit and just over 90 minutes from leaving Aspen Dental the receptionist called and said my teeth were ready. They fit like a glove and no adjustment was needed. My warranty on the teeth was over and I would be billed at time of pick up. The fee was only $70 I am truly pleased how the employees made my day and week a lot more enjoyable. I searched the website for a comment section to express my gratitude however I did nor see one. Top notch job Aspen Dental. I am truly satisfied.

I have had two tooth extractions before and while there was some discomfort and tugging, it was nothing like I experienced on Thursday 6/16/2022. The pain was excruciating, so much so I was brought to tears. I am not sure if there wasn't enough numbing medication, or what the issue was, but the experience was terrible. Not that it should or even could be flowers and rainbows, but I felt like the doctor didn't listen to my concerns saying it was just pressure. But I have never felt anything like that before. The attendant was assume, nice sweet, made sure I was okay before and after the procedure. Just the experience in and of itself wasn't the best as far the extraction of the tooth.

They were so friendly the moment I walked through the door! Went over my treatment plan, had everything broken down so I could understand the cost, took care of insurance and work with you financially! Everyone I came in contact with treated me with respect. I'd say it's the best dental visit I've EVER had and recommended them to my family and friends!
