I had a great experience with my first visit with everyone at Aspen, starting with Abbie at Reception, Matthew in Hygiene, Julie, the Dental Assistant, Cassidy, the Office Manager, and especially Dr. Michelle Ngugen. Dr. Michelle was very thorough, answered all my questions, and told me she looked forward to further researching a rare issue. I left feeling very confident, relaxed, and well looked after. Feeling grateful!

I did an emergency walk-in first thing on a Monday morning. By 9:10 (they opened at 9am), they had called back 4 patients with appointments, fastest I've ever seen a dentist or doctor's office pull patients back without there being 6 attending. I was the 5th called. Dentist came to touch base with me even before I could get my X-rays done. And I don't think I was alone for more than a minute my entire time there. Staff was attentive and caring. Dentist seemed genuinely apologetic that my condition (abscess and swollen mouth) prevented immediate treatment (I could barely open my mouth wide enough to get an instrument in, offering no visibility to extract the tooth). They got me an appointment for the soonest that the antibiotics I had been given at the ER could get my swelling down. Although they could not help me today, I felt very seen as a person, and am confident when I go back for my appointment later this week I will be well taken care of.

I am terrified of the dentist due to a very bad experience many years ago. The whole staff was passionate, patient, understanding, and very considerate. The whole time I was asked if I was ok and if I wasn't, then they would stop to let me pull myself together before continuing the task at hand. The entire staff is just amazing. Thank you all for being so patient and understanding with me and my fears.

Best experience at a dentists as an adult. Straight forward upfront ,friendly staff( that I want to be best friends with they are that! Nice ) fast for first exam, scheduled a cleaning next month hopefully it will be as pleasant!

Would give zero Stars if possible will never go back to this establishment. I'm having a dental emergency and this is where I was told to go after 2 days of talking to their call center giving them insurance information setting up appointments and being told to show up at 7:00 am to come in as a walk-in I am told that I have to call the call center and be put on a different list so that they can see me as a walk-in what the heck was the two days of setting up appointments and being told to be there at 7:00 for them? And then being told it'll be another week or so before they can see me as a walk in. Meanwhile I've missed work from the pain of this and feel like I'm going crazy so thanks for nothing but a bigger headache

I would rate a 10 from the front desk to finance co ordinator to warm professional staff in the back. I would recommend without reservation.

Today was my first visit at Aspen Dental on Tunnel Road in Asheville. I had the most pleasant "teeth cleaning-experience" I've ever had in my life! My hygienist was Matthew. He took his time, gently did what was needed and before I knew it, I was done!! Matthew...thank you! You Rock!! Looking forward to my next cleaning! If I could give 10 Stars I would!!

I had my first visit expecting a cleaning, but it was a introductory visit for a first-time customer. Other than that, the staff were very courteous and thorough; the office is very well organized, with new equipment. I was able to schedule a cleaning in 3 weeks.

I got me some new Dentures. It was up and down for me these few months. I wasn't sure if I was so used to my older dentures I couldn't find myself to like the new ones. They didn't feel right in my mouth. I really thought I was trying to find reasons not to like them. I finally got a appointment and talked to my dentist and found my concerns were fixable. The Dr did some maintenance on them and fixed the top that I did not like then the bottom where they felt unbalanced. The teeth are also different because my old ones are Basic Dentures and my new ones are Classic Dentures. After the Dr fixed my problems with my Classic Dentures I am now wearing them everyday. They feel great in my mouth now and love the color of the gums that look more real. I am happy with my new Dentures. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTIST FOR MY NEW SMILE Thank you for your kindness you shown me everytime I came to ASPEN DENTIST off Tunnel Rd.
