Clean friendly dentist office. Seemed like I spent too long there but it's the dentist office. I'll go back as long as they accept my insurance. Really no problems, it's just hard to right a glowing review of the dentist! If you need dental care they can handle it.

I'm very upset ,it says online that Aspen dental excepts DentaQuest and I went yesterday only to be turned away , Dentist don't care the mental and emotional damage a person goes through that need dentures , that's bad enough but I've not had any that are funtional ,my self esteem and confidence is on the ground but atleast I can't fall from the ground! Disheartening, if you don't honor a insurance take it off your website, it's all about the money ,not the human being with a beating heart !

It is an absolute nightmare dealing with the Asheboro Aspen Dental location. They forced my wife to pay for services she and her insurance policy already paid for from a service from MONTHS prior, and refused to allow her to attend her appointment that day until she paid again. My wife got the insurance company on the line and had them confirm with possibly the least competent person on Aspen's payroll, Ashley, and even after hearing from the insurance company that payment was already sent to and received by Aspen Dental, she STILL made my wife pay in order to be seen for her appointment. She promised to return the overpayment once it was confirmed (again?), and we haven't seen anything of the sort. I had practically the same situation, in which I attended my appointment and paid, as did my insurance company, but they took the cowardly way out and sent me an additional bill afterwards. They even had the nerve to place a ban on my wife, my kids and I simply because my wife asked why she was being charged again for something that was already paid. There is no such thing as professionalism here, and the thievery and deceptive practices MUST come to an end. We will be following all the way through until changes are made, as, this location is an absolute embarrassment to the face of the company.

Our local Aspen Dental facility has the most wonderful employees. I love to walk in and see happy, smiling faces. Every teeth cleaning and filling has been taken care of with excellent care and patience. They always have great customer service when I call with questions and are always confident and quick to answer. I also love that they accept our dental insurance!

I had a scheduled and confirmed (months in advance) appointment today at 3pm for a first visit. I get to the front desk and am told the "system bumped me" and there was no reason given. I explained I left work with unpaid time to make this appointment. The front desk representative goes back to talk to someone and returns to tell me they are unable to see me. Meanwhile, another customer had booked an appointment for 3pm only 2 days prior and has no issues being seen. A third customer comes in, is told her appointment is not until tomorrow at 2:30pm, and the lady at the counter proceeds to tell her to wait because she is going to see if anyone can see her now. There was clearly availability for someone WITH A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT to be seen. Unprofessional customer service! I will not recommend this office or Aspen dental to anyone.

I was referred here, unfortunately it has been a disappointing experience for me. This has cost me allot of important time, and money. But I never even made it past the lobby. I was scheduled over two months out to have my initial visit. I've had to try and be really easy on my tooth. It was recommended to visit the ER if it where to become unbearably painful over the wait, or that walk-ins are welcome but there isn't any guarantee you'll be seen, the wait is often all day and due to being so heavily booked up. I received a confirmation text two days early, Wich I confirmed and was acknowledged with a thank you text in reply. I work out of state throughout the week, so I flew in Tuesday evening and took the rest of the week off. I arrived ten mins prior to my scheduled appointment. After using my name and than my phone number the attendant was unable to find me on their schedule. He said I'll goingFinn"I don't see you on here, I may be able to squeeze you in" then mumbled some stuff about a lengthy wait and asking someone. I told him to "forget it, I confirmed my appointment through your text two days ago, took off work multiple days to be here, showed up early, and waited over two months". All of this to get an important issue to me treated asap before it becomes an emergency or cost me my teeth. I'm a private pay who will be paying for my dental work out of pocket and now I'm left to find someone that can help me and do it all again.

Extremely satisfied with my first visit. Staff walked me through the process and answered my questions. We are on an aggressive path to resolving my needs. Thanks!

It was traumatic but glad they worked me in as well. Now I need to decide what route to take dental implant vs bridge vs removal tooth/denture? The implant procedure looks painful and from what I read invasive. Definitely doesn't look comfortable or pain free. Now I'm not so sure I want to have it done. Could somebody please advise me about cost of bridge or partial denture? Will it work for my situation? I lost a premolar on the upper left side. The molar beside it also has a crown.

I moved to North Carolina in 2012 (Cary area) I went to a few dentists and was extremely disappointed in the care or lack thereof until I moved to Asheboro and found this practice. They were so friendly and accommodating when I called to schedule. The office is very clean and inviting. The staff was awesome and I REALLY like the doctor. It has been a few years since I have had dental care and I need several things addressed but the doctor explained everything to me and showed the issues on the X-rays, unlike the other practices that told me I had cavities without showing me the evidence. New patients get a free exam and X-rays, by the way. I also was given several options on how I could fix my issues, with printed estimates. No one pressured me to make any decisions on the spot either. I'm looking forward to continuing my dental care needs with this office (I'm a wimp when it comes to dental care by the way) and I highly recommend them!

What a scam system. I will give you the fact that they are nice people but they will tell you that you need something that is high cost, in my case, a deep cleaning that insurance does not cover, and a procedure that you may not want. I did not want it so I asked for a regular cleaning and they told me that they could not do it and that they has to go by what the hygienist wants. So bottom line is that you don't have any say over your own health care. What is wrong with this picture. Easy for me, I will find another dentist. So long Aspen.

Wonderful People, wonderful staff! Had the best experience with them! The gentleman at the front desk was great and very helpful and kind. Our dental assistant Faith was also great and very helpful! Our Hygienist Ashley was great and explained things well to us and our consulter Liz was extremely helpful with the financial part of it and helping us understand the pricing and what we could and could not do with our treatment plans. Happy to have found this dentist office and will gladly drive the 45 min. drive to see them for the rest of my procedures!

The office staff was friendly and efficient. However the waits times were very long. We were there for 1 hr 45 minutes just for X-rays and evaluation. Probably 1hr 15 minutes was waiting. Other than that it was a good experience.
