Everyone at Aspen was very kind and concerned about my well-being and comfort. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but afterward, I found myself wondering why I had been so frightened. I had to have a broken tooth extracted and was amazed at how quickly Dr. Paturu and Bridget were able to remove it. I would not hesitate to recommend Aspen Dental in Arnold to anyone needing any sort of dentistry.

I have severe anxiety, mix that with dental problems and it is a disaster! Thank God my daughter recommended Aspen Dental. The whole team was wonderful. Shannon, Chelsie, Brooke and Keshia treated me with care, respect and no judgement. They helped me set up a reasonable payment plan. I really couldn't ask for more. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I highly recommend. 5+ stars. Thank you so much.

I wish I could give ZERO stars...I'll be finding a smaller clinic who actually looks into my problems and AN AFFORDABLE solution. I know a deep clean isn't $2000.... Y'all are trippin'.

I was here this morning for my wife's dental procedure as per the appointment scheduled. This is our 2nd visit. We impressed by Dr.Paturu's expertise and kindness during our appointments. My family has gone through lot of stress and trauma earlier with other medical condition and she has feared of dentists and not at all prepared to visit another doctor for dental procedure these days. But she was very impressed with kindness and patience of Dr.Paturu.The procedure was done very gently the pain felt was very minimal or almost nothing. Last but not the least the doctor's team and the office staff is also extremely welcoming and warm. I really appreciate all your help.Now my kids love having you as their dentist. Thank You dr.Paturu & Aspen Dental,

I was very nervous going in, as this was my first time back in dentist in a long time. The staff was all so comforting when I got upset! They made me feel welcome and that they were going to help get me thru this! As funny as that sounds! But I want to thank everyone that helped me Shannon, Kyasha, Brooke, and especially Olivia! By the time I left I was smiling and excited to be back and get working on the next step!

I went here because I had a crown fall out that I needed to be replaced. The staff was friendly and that is the only reason for the 1 star. I was told I needed a deep cleaning because I had infections or something in my gums, and they were also going to charge me $4,000. After my insurance, I would have been responsible for $2900. After reading reviews about them over charging, I decided to go get a few other opinions. I went to 2 other dentists, none of which recommended a deep cleaning. They said my gums were fine. I also asked them how much if I needed the deep cleaning and not one of the was over $2k WITHOUT insurance. It would have almost been completely covered by my insurance. If you want unnecessary services and pay over double what any other local dentist would charge, this is the place for you!

I went in today for my first visit and the people in there were very friendly. I want to thank the front desk Shannon got my paperwork all ready to go and got me in quickly. Kyasha who was very nice and talk me through everything made me feel less nervous about being there. Brooke and Dr. Wolfe for going over a plan with me to fix my teeth. Lastly I want to thank Ashton for calling my insurance, and getting me an appointment that works with my schedule.

I arrived today at the Aspen Dental in Arnold MO at 1:10 pm today for a dental appointment for my 93 year old mom. I gave my mom's name and said that she had a 1:30 appointment. Because the receptionist didn't ask the typical questions- about insurance and Covid symptoms- I asked if she saw my mom's appointment information and she said yes. There was no one in the waiting room when we arrived but the room filled quickly around 1:30. After seeing 3 other patients taken back for treatment my mom and I approached the front desk. A different receptionist then told us that our appointment had been canceled because no one called back to reconfirm it! My 1st issue is that Aspen dental should have notified us that we needed to reconfirm the appointment. My second issue is that Aspen dental should have notified us of the canceled appointment before we drove more than a hour to the office. My third issue is that the 1st receptionist should have immediately told us of the canceled appointment and not have us sit 30 minutes at the facility. I don't know what the problem was today but we will never come back to this facility. It was an awful experience.

I went for a chipped Crown on my front tooth I was told i need everything under the sun before they would fix it long story short YOU NEED TO RUN FROM THIS PLACE

Was able to get a new-patient appointment fast and is very affordable! Staff is pleasant and seem happy to be there, they are quick but thorough. Very clean environment as well.

These ladies deserve a shout out for dealing with me today! I've always been uncomfortable with dental procedures and they helped me get through it so much. I've reviewed before but wasn't able to give them the credit they deserve ! Thank you guys much !
