Today was my first visit with Aspen and it was rather easy and very informative, from booking the appt to my experience in office was amazing, Dr.lee was super sweet and gentle and had a amazing bedside manner. The hygienist was super informative and really broke down in terms to how I would understand everything I needed done and why. The X-ray guy was extremely patient and kind and the office manager was very patient as well and really broke down the costs and worked with me on scheduling and my tight schedule with work and such! I am extremely impressed with this practice and so happy I found this new home for my dental needs! Way to go Aspen, you truly are a diamond in the ruff!

No Stars, actually, and this has nothing to do with the dentist that treated me. She was good. What bothers me about this office is that ever since I connected with them, communication has been poor. Over the last several weeks, I have called and left messages which have never been returned. I don't understand how someone cannot check messages and return calls. Today was especially frustrating. I had three teeth pulled last Thursday and had the bleeding under control. However, for some reason last night it started up again. This morning I called around 7:30 AM and then again close to 9:00 AM once I realized that was when they opened. To me this was a serious issue and I wanted someone to see me or tell me what I could do to ease the bleeding. I called again about 9:30 AM and someone did finally answer although it was too late. I was on my way to the VA emergency room and I let them know they could ignore the message. Aspen Dental, located in Chicago IL, is a corporate dentistry. That said, I guess no one has to worry about communicating with patients as the corporate office will keep them open anyway regardless of customer service. If this were a "local" office dependent on good customer relations and service, the fact that attempts to communicate with the office lead to only leaving messages and hoping someone responds, this office in Arden would not be open long. The lack of communication is something that needs to be worked on to improve service, but to the corporate office, that is most likely the least of their worries. I have already checked with my insurance and have information on two competitive offices, privately owned that take my insurance and one of them will be getting my business. I am sure their focus is building their practice and one of the ways this is done is through exemplary customer relations and customer service. This firm lacks that piece of the puzzle. Additionally, each time I have been to the office, I have had to wait a time for someone to acknowledge my presence. This is not good either.

Aspen Dental was able to take me earlier than my appointment time. They were very very Very precise what they did for my visit and I was able to work out a plan on how to get my work done in a timely manner. They were professional with everything they did for me. The manger was able to explain my bill and gave me a copy as requested for my reference. The dental hygienist was personable and made me feel I was important and providers me suggestions on how to better my teeth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental ! Thank you for all you do!

Waiting time very short. Staff extremely helpful and nice. I was very impressed with dr and her explanation throughout the exam. Felt very encouraged and was pleased at the extra options I was shown. Can't wait to begin this endeavor! A thousand times better than previous dental encounters we have experienced in our area!!!!

Be prepared for the sales floor. They are going to ask theirselves - "how many appointments can we schedule this patient and how much can we charge?" 200 dollar difference if you tell them you use a manual toothbrush instead of an electric..

I was seen at this location in October 2020 for a new patient exam. I was given a treatment plan for more than $3000 that they insisted I had to do before I could have a regular cleaning. The worst part is supposedly x-rays and consultation were free for that first visit, but here I am in 2022 being hounded by a collection agency for my "free" x-rays. If you care about your teeth stay away from this sham.

The staff didn't know what they were doing,couldn't get an appointment to take in the computer the doctor tried to help them but could not and the chair assitance didn't do her job right she put the nubbing jell on the lip and teeth not under where it is to go I am so disapointed in the servies, the front desk person was rude and didn't know how to smile

I went in on Saturday at 10am for an EMERGENCY visit. I have an infected tooth and am currently in an extreme amount of pain. They were supposed to prescribe me antibiotics to stop my infection and have it removed next week, and NEVER called it in. I have been calling the "emergency" line for over 48 hours trying to get my prescription called in and still have no call back. I have now called the office directly and cannot get anyone on the phone either. I was finally able to talk to someone in the "new patient" department, but they were also not able to help me. I feel completely neglected and have zero faith in this business at all. They left somebody who was in severe pain and suffering for going on 3 days now. There has been no accountability whatsoever nor can I even get a person on the phone who can help me. I just need antibiotics (a life-saving medication), so I can stop suffering. I hope the never have to experience the level of pain that I am and then get neglected as I have been. This is the worst treatment that I have ever received from a business and they should never be allowed to see patients if this is how they're going to treat them. And please do not reply to this message with a number to customer service, as I have also called that number and not received a response or god forbid a solution.
