Todays appt went great at Aspen. Got my forms all set for dentures, paid down 50% & will pay remainder when I pick up the dentures. Gal that molded my mouth for dentures was wonderful! Answered all my questions, she was very polite & knowledgeable. Staff at front desk was excellent too! Very satisfied!

I was very excited about getting into the clinic as soon as I did. I was in pain due to a broken infected tooth. I never had as many x-rays as I did. They were very through and discussed problems I never knew I had.

DO NOT, REPEAT NO DO go to this place!!! Run as fast and as far as u can to another dentist. I had the unfortunate experience of having 2 teeth removed here by Dr. Leyes where she literally put her fingers in my mouth and pulled the 1 tooth out. She tried the 2nd one but had to use a tool for that one. They give u all the kindness and support you can handle and once they have their claws in u watch out and hold onto ur wallet! They give u 1 price for everything and then 1 month later turn around and screw u for more stating it's not what ur insurance covered. I guess I'll be talking to my insurance company tomorrow. Seems to me they should have figured that out to begin with. Should have paid more attention to the reviews myself, they are all about the money and not the patient.

I was so afraid of getting the root extracted and it was nothing. The dentist was very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

The dental care I received today (9/8/22) was so beyond my expectations! I was very nervous going and left so relieved. Everyone was extremely nice and genuinely caring!

Terrible experience. They would not put my crown back in after it fell out. They wanted to redo the entire crown. This was right before I had to leave the country. Two weeks with no crown= not fun. It was clear that this was a "time share like business," just trying to get money.

Absolutely amazing experience. Miranda, specifically. As a human with extreme dentist fear, who has not been to a dentist in 9 years, I was highly impressed and completely comfortable with Miranda, who was professional, kind and personable. She educated me while helping me get to a place of dental health. She answered every silly question I had and made me feel a part of my care plan. She even took a second to celebrate with me on my weight loss achievement and A1C achievement. I genuinely appreciate her and will 100% tell everyone I know about the care I received today.

Very pleasant staff. I would have appreciated a better, more thorough explanation of the charges on my bill and would have liked to be asked if I wanted to purchase the electric toothbrush from them.

I had a dental emergency and my usual dentist was not available. Aspen Dental in Green Bay got me in the same day. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient explaining the procedure I needed. They were able to complete the procedure two days later. They exceeded my expectations and I'm grateful for their help.

Exceptional experience. The whole team worked so well together!! Had a cracked tooth and needed care asap. They worked me in for assessment and did a temporary crown. And they discussed cost before doing the work. I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist.

To what I thought I was schedule for a full extraction I had to only have a impression done and billing which I was told I would have an impression done before the extraction process that what I was told before and I was under the impression I was going to have a different pair of dentures and the teeth are bigger than baby teeth and when I say I have a bad gag reflex I mean I have a really bad reflex so the middle top of the dentures need to be shortened

The staff were friendly however I felt less like I was in a dentist office and more like I was in a closet. The place is very small and literally, my exam was in a small room no bigger than my bedroom closet. No windows. No nothing. The dentist while young seemed to know what he was talking about however couldn't pinpoint the issue I was having. I urged him to double check my crown. He then said my crown was loose and there was probably an issue with the seal. He advised me to connect with the dentist that did my crown as they usually have a guarantee. I went to my old dentist who got me in right away. He quickly found the problem and fixed it (and it wasn't due to the seal of the crown). It was actually a really old filling that a dentist did like 15 years ago. All in all, not a pleasant experience. Decided to take my dental care to another practice.
