Nice people. Decent work although this is the second time my crown has come off. The biggest issue I have is that they don't answer the phone and do not call back. So my crown fell off, again, called several times with no answer. I ended up calling back and hit option 1 and talked with an appointment person and he also tried to call the location and went straight to voicemail. I could have easily stopped at the one in Woodbury but the appointment specialist said it would be easier to go to the location that the crown was originally placed at. So I show up 30 minutes till one. 3 people there 2 I think were the only workers. No dentist on sight to attach crown. Here's the thing, ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I would have known that there wasn't a dentist available if you guys weren't having social hour and would either a) returned my phone call or b) responded to the email from the appointment specialist! I literally drove by 4 aspen dental offices that more than likely could have reattached the crown. Now I'm at a dentist office who is open past 1pm that is going to charge me to reattach the crown for the 3rd time. I get it things happen and the dentist was unavailable but seriously if you have no patients in the office and there are workers why can you not answer your phones?

Great team and great service. I especially can't say enough about how amazing Shaunna is, who went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease during my visit. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

i used to always hate going to the dentist, but most of the staff at this location is amazing! They really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I wanna give a HUGE shout out to Shaunna for always making my treatments quick, fun and painless (: words I never thought i'd use to describe time at the dentist!!

Dr. Morgan is awesome! Took the time to explain things to me and made sure I was comfortable. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and he made sure I was calm and kept me at ease about the procedure.

The health team did a great job of communicating what was going to happen. They made it known they were working on contacting my insurance plan and asked if I had any questions.

Two stars for the assistant, she was great and the only reason there are any stars given. I had a very infected tooth that needed to be removed, I told Lauren the dentist multiple times, that my mouth was not numb,and I could feel everything , she was causing so much pain I was shaking and crying, not feeling numbed up to where I felt comfortable at all. She snapped back at me when I told her this and said I could come back another day. ,I did not want that ,she gave me another shot, but still did not feel numbed enough. It was horrible,she hit other teeth teeth in my mouth with the tools she was using multiple times. Another time during procedure I looked up the door was open and other patients where right there,it just felt very unprofessional. I have never in my life have had a worse experience . I feel a bit traumatized.

Very awesome staff and the services provided are excellent. I stopped going to the dentist years ago but the service I've received here...has restored my trust in going to the dentist!

I am not sure if she did good job on cleaning ! I was told it will take 1 and 1/2 hr but she said she finished in 1/2 and I couldn't believe it!

Too focused on charging unnecessary periodontal charges rather than establishing a long term patient relationship. Refused to provide evidence for need of such service.

I had such a great experience with the Dental Hygienist Shaunna & dentist. They were both extremely welcoming. The front desk staff were also amazing and patient working with me. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you everyone!

I was in there for less than 20 minutes today for my first time and was not happy! I had broken my teeth and needed emergency work done and I was told when I made my appointment I was l for sure getting my teeth fixed today as I can not work with them not done and that was explained! I go in today and they had no idea why I was there and told me they didn't know if they could fix them today and needed to do a hour exam before they knew... so I left my appointment and got right into cheers dental also in Apple valley and they did a great job and got me in same day! And side note the bathroom was not clean with blood on the floor and other unclean things you would not want to see in a dentist bathroom!
