Been to this location 4 TIMES and my dentures still hurt and doesn't fit and that's how you do your customers, I understand this isn't the place that hasn't fixed my dentures WELL THIS PLACE HASN'T FIXED THEM EITHER THEY STILL HURT AND THEY DON'T FIT. AND THEY WANT MORE MONEY. I HATE THIS PLACE AND I DON'T BELIEVE THEY CARE. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY WELL WE WILL SEE AFTER I CONTACT AN ATTORNEY THIS ISN'T RIGHT LEAVING A PLACE AND YOUR DENTURES STILL HURT WHEN I PUT THEM IN NOT RIGHT

I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the Ankeny Aspen location. I called in with a broken tooth and infection. I was immediately worked in to see a dentist. I appreciate all the care and concern each staff member gives to their patient. I will recommend this location to anyone in need of dental care. Thank You for making a painful experience so positive.

Avoid Dr. Steven Yuan. Rough, rude, didn't explain anything, or let me know when some might hurt. Had 2 fillings and my teeth didn't line up after so I couldn't eat without severe pain until another dentist could shave some off. Maybe this is an acceptable mistake but he was out of the room before I even knew he was done. So this feels very negligent

Dentist was professional, all staff were friendly and professional. Will continue to do business at Aspen Dental. I saw Yelp reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and was very pleased.

My first impression was very favorable. Surroundings were clean and comfortable. Staff and dentist were pleasant and knowledgeable. I have future visits scheduled and hope they go as well!

Ankeny office got me in quickly and provided top notch customer service from the front desk, to provider, to billing. 10/10 recommend.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Got right in all my questions were answered quickly and accurately. Great staff.

I hate going to the dentist but this experience was much different, luckily. The doctor was top notch in all areas. He was very polite and my comfort was top priority. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Rophie and look forward to my next few visits to correct my smile

Every single time I have been here everyone from receptionists to dentist has been prompt, courteous, patient, professional, and easy to talk to/ask questions. I come here for my full set of Dentures, and will continue!!!

Overall an abysmal experience. $1700 + dollars for teeth cleaning (not completed) and having wisdom teeth pulled. I made the mistake of pre-paying for services. After a few days, I didn't think it was necessary to move forward with my business there. When I called to cancel my appointments and get a refund ($1500 for some fillings, lol), I was told it takes 2-4 weeks. They continued to call, text, and email me reminders even though I called twice to cancel. Do not waste your time here!

Went in to get some fillings in. One side of my face was severely bruised for almost 2 weeks and my jaw on the other side is in constant pain. Wasn't warned at all that I'd be suffering from extreme sensitivity for 4+weeks after getting this work done. Going to another dentist to see what the heck is going on. Dr. was rough and rude. Do not recommend.

Just avoid Dr. Steven Yuan if you are in pain or need something done fast. This is my second experience to a dentist's office and I would say it is not the best for any kind of doctor visit. The nurse who took my X ray was amazing but Dr. Steven Yuan was just indifferent and did not care. I was in a lot of pain and I did not know where the source of the pain was. I booked an emergency appointment and showed up with a few hours. he looked into it, the Xray showed my wisdom teeth were pushing my teeth inwards from both sides and the pressure on my jaw structure was creating the pain. So I had to get the wisdom teeth extracted. I asked him if he could do it cause I was in a lot of pain (even though I was not trying to show like i was, i did tell him that), he said he did not have the time. He was apparently seeing 2 patients at a time and the other one had a problem with his crown and was struggling with chewing meat. The doctor had the time for long conversations about vacation destinations and food, fixing the crown and joke about things with him but was very indifferent and careless about the fact that I was in extreme pain. I told me I do not need to go under and he can extract it as is when he told me he did not have the time at 4 or 5pm on a tuesday. My first dental visit I had a similar situation elsewhere and when i told them that it was too much pain to bear, they helped extract the tooth on the spot but this one was just preposterous to deal with.

Everyone was super friendly an helpful. I'm paying for not taking care of my teeth growing up. Had to have an emergency extraction today. Got me in exam and X-rays. Pulled the problem tooth an set up a plan of action to fix the rest. Hate I waited but these people make it easy. Thank you guys!!

Old school straight to the point setup. Been to a few dentists over the years and the sleeze there way into your wallet with gimmicks and stuff. I have alot of respect for the people at Aspen dental. They broke everything down that I needed and discussed pricing before they did anything and didn't try to upsell me on anything unless I was interested. Reccomend them to anyone.

I had an appointment for 10:30 in the morning after sitting in the dentist chair till noon and still not seeing the dentist I said that's enough and asked that they call me when they actually had time for me and yes I am still waiting on that call no respect for my time
