My care from the staff was excellent. Dr. Warner is my preferred dentist. He is concerned for my comfort. He does expert work. So did the woman who did my fillings after he did the drilling of my cavities. Thank you.

Today was my first new patient appointment. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and care. Efficient and meticulous service. I am impressed and looking forward to further treatment as they have outlined and recommended.

Employment Review only, as far as dental treatment, the dental team, and Dr Terry- they are FANTASTIC hands down. Be weary of employment, they do not follow what is told to you during your hiring. I was told I would be reimbursed for out of town travel for training weekly (which would allow that to happen and me to take the position). Very very very little direction if any in the first 2 weeks training period. I was not guided at all, misguided most of the time, and told different things daily. When I brought it to the office managers attention (my direct report) that I couldn't afford to pay to work somewhere for 6 weeks out of pocket as that was not what I was told and not be reimbursed for my travel time or mileage out of town, already having worked 2 weeks- she stated she was sorry to see me go pretty much, that's sad, and she'd let everyone know I quit? (However days prior to this she me turned gas cards to pay for my travel since the company told me I'd be reimbursed weekly.). (She's awesome by the way, not sure she knew how to handle this). There's no direction from the regional manager- she's also very catty and does not listen in any conversation- she's not a fan of most, talks down to people and is condescending, her name is tabitha. Very frustrating to start somewhere, and give your time having accepted a lower paying job than normal, for nobody to seem to care they didnt follow their word or financial promises they laid out especially being a parent. There are staff members taking time off their pay that they've worked, because they don't allow over time. Left me jobless due to the inability to honor what they told me upon hiring me. Education and training are severely lacking in office positions. You can't succeed without it- I sincerely hope they get this part together because I would hate for anyone, even my worst enemy to be in the position they put me in. Again to reiterate- employment review only the dental team and Dr Terry AR outstanding and only showed the best care while I was there to their patients.

The office had major problems working with insurance. Insurance was called twice verifying total coverage and still they still tried to charge for the visit. I declined the cleaning. No one cared that we walked out.

I had a filling in my front tooth that developed a slight brown line around it. I come in and they tell me I need to get a crown. My tooth still looks good but it's to save the tooth I'm the future or something. They say it'll look like my real tooth.. The doctor evaluating told me and left in about one minute so I didn't have much time to think or ask questions at the time.I come I'm for the temp and pay to loose my front tooth. They tell me the temporary will not be perfect but the one will look like my tooth. They shave your tooth down and don't tell you that the nerves will now be exposed and it'll hurt and you'll suffer. The temporary looks worse than horrible. I Googled bad temporary crown and actually couldn't find one worse. They use white glue and orange teeth so you can see through, they shaved it really shirt and left it really below my gums. It looks really crooked. Today I come in for the permanent after two weeks in anguish and new self esteem issues. As the girl is taking me back she says "how is it hot/cold sensitive " and then giggled a left bit as if they know how messed up it is and enjoy it. The doctor comes in and puts it on and it's also looks horrible. I mention how they didn't tell me about the hot cold sensitivity and he says 'well I wasn't the one who prepped your crown' (forgot to mention saw a different doctor each visit) . The tooth is bulging out and not lined up with my teeth and a whole different shape gums really low again and the top part of the tooth was really skinny while the bottom was wide. I asked about how they reassured me it would look my tooth multiple time because I even called worried and all of a sudden I got a "o a well you know we can only do like you know" so now it's different story. They sent me out another hour away to try to get abetter one but at this point I'm grieving the loss of pretty tooth. Moral of the story is don't trust them to pay close attention or hold themselves accountable other than taking you somewhere else. Don't ever expect to see the same doctor twice so they can all blame each other on how it went wrong. Also they obviously love destroying teeth willy nilly not considerate of you at all.

I was very satisfied over-all with my visit. I am disappointed in the length of time it took for my initial appointment and the need to be rescheduled to have the procedure completed. However everone i spoke with and encountered was friendly and as helpful as possible under the scheduling constraints.

My first trip to Aspen Dental in Angola was great. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The girl who provided the treatment plan/quote (I believe her name is Jess) was amazing, her loud laugh is the best!!!!!!
