Had a great experience at Aspen dental of Anderson. The staff was most helpful at coming up w a dental plan. Dr.b was very professional and they actually check BP and hr there and make sure ur ok and comfortable with hurting you just to make money. I was very impressed w the dental assistants , dentist , and overall experience.

I scheduled an appointment for cleaning. I go in they do X-rays and then decide to tell me all the issues I have wrong but never done a cleaning. Instead they decide to tell me I need 7,000 worth of dental work done. Keep in mind i scheduled an appointment for a cleaning!!!! And not once did they offer to do a cleaning

Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months never have a problem and always told the teeth are good went there today. They want $2,000 to clean my teeth. The chair they had me sit in was all cracked were all kinds of microbacteria can get into the foam and you can never clean. RUN I looked up the reviews too late for Aspen dental they've been turned into the better Business bureau

I went to Aspen Dental to have a broken tooth pulled. They did a half way decent job. They also did ex-rays and evaluated my dental needs. They assured me they accepted my insurance. They billed my insurance for the extraction and ex-rays. No problem, until they formulated a treatment plan and an estimate of my cost after insurance. BIG PROBLEM! For a cleaning and three fillings they wanted $1,800. I asked why so much? They said because I needed a special cleaning. I said I couldn't afford that much. The check out person said "Don't you have a savings?" What business is it of his? I didn't have them do the work. I eventually went down the street to another Dental place. They did excellent work and all the procedures that Aspen had proposed. My co-pay for everything was $185. They are not honest. Do not go there. Check out my other reviews to find out where I recommend you go.

Everyone was nice and friendly and explained everything that needed to be done in a professional manner. Need more work, but, have to save my pennies to get it done. Really satisfied with the service I received.

I would never in life go back even though I have double dental insurance they still wanted to charge me a outrageous out of pocket price. Went somewhere else and got the work done 3/4 the price Aspen wanted to charge.

I had a very bad experience here. Note that this is a corporately owned office rather than private. These offices must meet certain quotas for their procedures which puts pressure on them to recommend services that other Dentists would not advise. I was told I needed 7 fillings. As I was checking out, the lady insisted that I needed to pay in advance to schedule the fillings. That's when the red flags went up. I'm so glad I did not return because after going to another dentist (Cornerstone Dentistry) for a second opinion, I found out that I in fact have zero cavities to worry about. Not only would it have cost me an arm and a leg, but unnecessary fillings can degrade your teeth over time. I don't feel that this office had my best interests in mind. Even if another dentist doesn't explicitly accept your insurance, chances are that the cost difference will be minimal to none - and still worth every penny.

I would never in life go back even though I have double dental insurance they still wanted to charge me a $1200 to clean my teeth outrageous out of pocket price. Went somewhere else and got the work done without paying anything out off pocket. .Oppose to price Aspen wanted to charge. And the hygienist made me feel very uncomfortable telling me in front of other patients who was sitting on next chair to me that I have lot bacteria on back tooth. Which was not true at all. They told me I need extra cleaning. I went to see another Dentist elsewhere the Dentist did examination my teeth and told me everything looks great. And clean my teeth personally without any extra charge.

The best part of this practice is Dr. Murphy - first class guy - good dentist .

First visit to address a broken tooth. The cost for x-ray and consult was $134.00. That seems kinda high since nothing was actually done to address the tooth, but otherwise, the visit was good. Staff was pleasant, got the appointment same day, and the facility was clean.
