I went for a routine checkup and it was a good experience. All staff were professional and courteous. It was clean and well kept except for the strange front door which wouldn't close.

Talk about really going above and beyond... let me start off by saying i dont have health insurance or dental insurance at all.... I recently switched jobs and am still in the waiting period for that to kick in. I broke a tooth BADLY a dental emergency with no coverage at all. They saw me, took xrays, did a gum cancer scan, etc- all for free. Then afterwards when setting up an appointment for a tooth fix, we set up a finance plan and i got approved for their oral b genius x series or whatever its called not sold in stores... thats not the best part. When coming in for a filling prior to my broken tooth fix appointment, i got maybe 2 hours of sleep the night before due to the pain from the broken tooth (down to the nerve) so i overslept for my appointment and their rule is 15 mins late you have to reschedule... my alarm did not wake me up instead it was aspen dental office calling to make sure i was still coming in... i was 20 plus mins late when i got there and they still took me but told me we may only get to 1 out of 2 fillings due to time, I understood of course and didn't expect them to get to both but they did! Between the dentist and the dental assistants, everyone was so kind and had great uplifting energy and attitudes. I'm very pleased with my experiences here. It took less than an hour to do both my fillings and he said one was a lot deeper than he initially thought but he still got it done pretty quickly! Thank you aspen dental for being great people<3

Went for my 1st visit everyone was so nice and kind. I have to use a walker because I had a full hip replacement, they were all so very helpful and made sure I was comfortable. Had X-rays done of my mouth and a consult with the Dentist, he explained and laid out the plan I was going to need to do. The Dentist and all the Team made me feel very welcomed.

Worst experience would not recommend. One dentist working on multiple patients at a time were your just a product to them . Treatment is a one size for everyone approach. Which did not work for me. My teeth were infected & never gave me antibiotics just pulled them to were I got really sick from infection going into my blood stream. I will not be finishing treatment with them

Worse place ever for dentures, two family members got dentures made here and both were so unhappy that they don't even use them and this place wouldn't do anything to make it right, both family members had to get new dentures made elsewhere right after getting them already from Aspen Dental, money down the drain, don't waste your time with this place

The team at Aspen Dental Amsterdam was top notch from my emergency call in this morning, Theresa at reception was pleasant and welcoming and was able to get me scheduled same day! Then Key was very gentle with those painful X-rays...as she set me up to see the dentist. My exam was great and they were able to schedule me to come back in a few hours for a cleaning and then repair to my tooth! Every single person on staff was accommodating to my needs, thorough with their job and sensitive to any anxieties or pain I may have been experiencing. I highly recommend this office. The only thing that could have made my time there a more pleasant experience would have been free Wi-Fi !
