The receptionist was personable and professional. I was seen at the time of my appointment. The dental assistant was great and helped move things along while the dentist was finishing up with another patient. The doctor was very helpful in regard to why I was there. The office manager was also professional and helped me through the payment process and what options were open to me. I should have full resolution to the issue which brought me in by mid next week. I am very happy all around with this organization.

Very expensive. They sold me things without telling me they were on my bill, like toothpaste and an electric toothbrush

I had a dental emergency and was able to book it online and get the appointment quickly and easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dentist I saw was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Booked several more procedures. I highly recommend them.

Best dentist ever!!! ..after trying to have a Difficult extraction at Four separate dental offices that said they were not able to do it... Dr B completed the job at the Amherst office amazingly. Tytyty!!!

Everyone was polite enough, just seems to be a bit redundant to have them have to see me to get an estimate on a root canal when I had already seen my dentist and it was determined I needed one, and then to find out it would be a few more weeks before it could be done. The whole experience was like buying a used car at a shady dealership, the work is still yet to be completed so I will update once the work is complete. ETA; I stand by the used car dealer premis, scheduled for the root canal, incomplete due to crack so now they want to sell me an extraction, in the past the den that would do my root canal would be able to tell before starting the process and It wouldn't cost me as I would be sent for extraction, so I have wasted weeks and time off of work, the pitiful apology does nothing to rectify the issues. I strongly suggest avoiding .

The best Orthodontist I have ever seen. Highly recommend them. Dr Leavell was AMAZING!!! Had a Root canal . And was fine and finally eating sold food's in a matter of two day's.three week's eating Jello ,Pudding, yogurt & cottage cheese. So happy I called them. I was seen the very next day. And as for her Apprentice Sal so nice and young & professional He knew what to hand her before she asked EVERY TIME. I'm still amazed on my experience. I think he was reading her mind LOL. Sal has an amazing career ahead of him. Thank you so much Dr Leavell & Sal

They are the worst I've been going thru this for years about a bill of 53.00 dollars which I paid the day of service I've tried to call them talk to a Manger never returned my phone call about this issue for years I've paid it at time of service so they sent it to a collection agency over 53.00 dollars so now it's my credit so I called to pay them they won't accept payment so I really think they are scamming people so watch your bills before you leave so I have to report it to the attorney General now in oder to Pay my bill I will never I mean never use them again I will go to gental dental now on and they are cheaper and the personal are so polite and offer better service

Terrible! first dentist ive ever been to that literally feels like a money grab. when i tried to come in for my cleaning i called and said i was going to be 15-20 minutes late well before my appointment only to get there and they told me i missed my appointment from the same lady who told me it would be ok to come in late. I will never come back to this placce and hope somebody reads this and doesnt ever go here

Went to Aspen Dental in Amherst, and it was a wonderful experience. The DA (I think it was Saul? Im sorry if you see this lol), and went over everything so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. Went over so many options to help provide the best care for my teeth. Never pushed anything I didn't want. The dentist came over and talked me through everything that happened and what our next course of action was. And check out was a breeze. They went over different payment options to best suit my financial needs so that I can get all the care I needed and wanted for my teeth. Very pleasant experience.

They got me in promptly for a broken tooth and had me scheduled for everything within an hour, doctor and staff were courteous and efficient and gave me a feeling of confidence in them

We had scheduled a cleaning and first time patients. It was a nightmare from the beginning. Gave our insurance info and they said oh never seen this before. Had to go find out if they took it. Then waited in waiting room another 10minutes. They took me first did xray then brought me to the room. Hygienist was supposed to see me first. But was running late, don't understand that. I was first patient of the day. Dr came in never looked at xrays. Probed around said OK looks good. Then hygienist came in did gum check and left. Then patient advocate came in and said they needed to schedule cleaning. But they may have one the same day. So then they decided to put me in another room for cleaning. Sat there 30 more minutes before the cleaning. My wife had same thing but the couldn't schedule her the same day. So 2hours later only one cleaning. Yes we have now changed Dentist.

This review is for anyone who might find themselves scared, uneasy or just plainly unwilling to seek help. I am absolutely terrified by the thought of seeing a dentist...always have. I have not been seen by a dentist since 10 years of age. Today I had pain that no longer could be pushed under the rug and masked with medication. I called aspen (after calling two different locations that could not offer any help) aspen was very quick to help and set up an appointment...same day, within 2 hours! Every. Single. Worker. Noticed my fear, my tears and my struggles to hold conversation. They were gentle, kind and understanding while also answering any "silly" questions that I did have. I absolutely feel so much better after today, they gave me hope and confidence.

I alway hadd a great experience until the last few weeks I wait on the phone as I am now it's been over ten minutes haven't been able to get threw for weeks My new teeth look great! Very satisfied with them

My hygienist was great! He frequently asked how I was feeling, and gave me suggestions of areas to focus on. I think he was great!
