I had an emergency tooth & because Aspen shares record's between locations, I was able to get right in at a different location & follow up at my local Aspen. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable at both locations: Ames & Ankeny, IA. I have no complaints at all!

They were 30 minutes late to start my teeth cleaning and once I got back there the hygienist rushed through my cleaning and I was done in 10 minutes tops. I know I didn't get a proper cleaning, she didn't even floss. I would've rather them communicated and said they were behind and rescheduled me instead of doing a trash job on my teeth cleaning. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Emergency dental, sure. Unless it's a FOUR day holiday weekend. Broke a tooth today (Friday) and they could get me in on Tuesday. For an emergency. Four days. Really. That is NOT emergency care and should not be listed on the website as such.

The Dr and his employees are a joy to be around. Talking and laughing and just cracking jokes makes it a better place. Yes u have to be professional but u can still have fun while at work. Thank y'all for making me laugh after my long wait with no water or coffee..or even a free tooth brush... just kidding.. made u laugh huh. Can't wait to get my teeth worked on in a few weeks. Keep up the positive energy. That's what keeps people like me going back to u guys...

Very unprofessional, I called in on many occasions to schedule teeth whitening bleach and got told they would get back to me later in the week. I never heard back from them so I reached out again and got told something completely different. I don't think my request was so demanding and I could have worked with the dental office but it seemed like they did not want my business. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office to my worse enemy.
