Bad very rude customer service on the phone cancels appointments 1 hour before I tried rescheduling to meet my schedule for the last 3 months and they cancel my appointment every time. I just gave up and found someone else who honors appointments

This chain appear to give instructions to their staff to try to add services to clients to collect the largest money as possible. They procedures are not of good quality either. On my last visit, the added Topical Fluoride Varnish with out asking me for consent. The Comp 1 Surf Posterior filling they did on me, it's been bothering me more than before. I actually never felt anything before the procedure, but the doctor said that I needed it to filled. A while back, they did a crown work on my wife, and it did not last long before it broke off. My wife did not want to go back to this clinic again. So she's getting that repaired somewhere else.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Jeacksonville. After my bad experience at another office I can say they were amazing. They were very understanding and helped take care of my issue. Staff was amazing. Dental issues can be very embarrassing and they made the experience very comforting!

This place is very solid. I show up with severe pain and they determine pretty quickly that it's time for the ole wisdom teeth to get yanked. Now this is pricey yet they helped me with multiple options and one of them is what helped me in the end. Staff are super nice and chill, seem to care at least a little more than the average worker. I showed up for my wisdom teeth to be pulled and I can't lie I really wanted to be knocked out because I'm scared of these things. Dr.Samuel assured me that he is an absolute beast of a surgeon and will have me feeling right before inflation decreases. I will say day two and i have hardly felt any pain and I'm chilling. Overall, just some good people doing good work. The end.

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. They are very unprofessional and lack good customer service skills. They have canceled many of my appointments due to them being understaffed or not having a dentist. They don't seem to be able to keep a dentist at that. I have been scheduling appointments for months now to get my partials readjusted. They haven't stayed in my mouth since the day I got them, and I continue to try and get them fixed and they won't do it they keep canceling. I have also tried getting an appointment for a tooth that has been bothering me really bad, and every appointment I make they cancel. They have canceled the day of the appointment even after confirming the appointment many times. They are a very flaky business and I wouldn't recommend going. Don't waste your time!

Aspen Dental, in Amarillo, Tx, is the place to get any of your Dental work done. The staff are very friendly and professional. The Office Manager is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Unless you want to pay another dentist/surgeon to fix their mistakes just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. A tooth I paid to have removed, never was, was told it wasn't a concern even though it was broken and had a massive cavity. Anyways, ended up getting an abscess go figure and when I called to again confront them about the fact it was never pulled and I needed it gone, a customer who came in after my call was placed was more important, to find out that I'll have to pay again for that tooth to be removed as well as another visit. So I go to another dentist who realizes quickly that my infection is on the brink of becoming septic and got me on hardcore antibiotics immediately and scheduled me an emergency surgery/drainage to remove the infection that had aspen just removed the first time I wouldn't have almost died and been out of work for two weeks and had an extra almost 5k down the drain. Will never, ever do business with them, and I will use my story to warn people against them. And as no surprise to the surgeons and staff where I ended up, I was another botched patient they had to clean up as I wasn't their first aspen fix and I won't be their last.... just don't.

Made an appt on condition that an exam and repair could be done the same day. Got there and found out they were not going to do that. Paid $100 for dental coverage based on what the fact that I was told they accepted that coverage, which I found out they didn't. They have one temp dentist on the staff yet they insist they are fully staffed. They still don't have their stuff together after completely reshuffling the deck about a year ago. I'm through with this company.

I would have liked to give a good review but first impressions are key. My son had a appointment at 4:15, showed up on time, sat there until 5:45pm and still was not seen, the polite and professional thing to do would have been to apologize about being behind and reschedule him. He had to inquire on the delay and then was told it would be almost 2 weeks later before he could be seen. This wasted our time and he could have seen another dentist in the mean time while waiting for this appointment. He was having tooth pain, very unprofessional.

They're okay. I mean, the nurses and hygienist are amazing but 3 shots into 10 for numbing HALF my mouth I was in tears because the numbing shots hurt and by the end of all shots I was shaking. That was even after numbing gel. Then when I told the dentist I could feel the numbing gel and saliva in back of throat while laying back he wouldn't give me the suctioning tool and told me "it won't bother you, it is harmless, it just curbs your appetite" so he's unprofessional. They're super pushy, add $140 toothbrushes without asking, and don't listen when you say you already have enough appointments booked and don't know schedule. They're expensive too.Updated to say it is ridiculous how they handle appointments. They charge for stuff you haven't had done yet and rescheduling and canceling is done with answering machine so you never speak to anyone unless you go in there.

Dr. Karr was amazing. Very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Also very reasonable to get my tooth pulled.

Dr. Parker and his staff are wonderful. They accommodate as much as they can and are very helpful and friendly.
