They will tell you there are issues with your teeth and gums that aren't true just to inflate your bill, and then refuse service if you don't do everything they say you need, I consulted another opinion and the other dentist told me they were absolutely wrong, I would never return to any aspen dental, especially the one in Altoona pa

My 18 year old college student had an emergency visit as a first time patient. They staff were timely and professional and took the time to call me (mom) throughout the process. I have decided to make this her permanent dentist ! Highly recommend.

Wouldn't go there again ever. It been a while since I've been to the dentist I knew I needed A teeth pulled. After x-rays and consultation set up another appointment. Was going in for a cleaning and have my tooth pulled. I had to set up a credit card as payment( dental first) through them. Before I can get anything done. Come to find out they never put a claim through my insurance.(8 months after the fact) Was quoted $3000 for a bridge and cleanings come to find out I owe 5000. They are nice and they do a good job but make sure they put a claim into your insurance before they charge you for services.

the work the dentist did is great, as far as treatment they did well; but i tried numerous times to get someone to talk to me about pricing on the rest of the work i need done and both ppl who told me someone would ended up just nvr coming in, so i left not knowing wen or how much the wrk on my top teeth would be. im not happy about that

Qent to Aspen dental when a tooth broke in my upper plate. Got in that same day one of the girls put a temp tooth in my plate. Got measure for a new upper plate. Went back on the next Monday and got the impression done using my plate. I have a wedding aug 6th they managed to expedite getting my new upper plate. I would definitely recommend Aspen dental as the place to go. Excellent curtious staff

Pulled a crown off my back tooth on a Saturday. lMOR to call on Monday when they get in. They got me in through a cancellation at 11:45 on Monday. Always friendly staff. Was in and out within 1 hr.

They lie , chet,and steal from you. I went in with a broken denture. They said it couldn't be fixed . Then they said my copay would be $675.00 for a new set . Witch I agreed to. I found out later that she did not check my card to see what was covered. Nothing was covered. It took them about three weeks to get my new dentures done. I had problems with teeth coming out of the dentures. And now I am stuck with a $714.00 additional bill. I have to pay for their employee mistake . Because she was to lazy to run my card . If they give me my money back, I will give them my dentures and go some were else to get them done.

This been a long process but, lot of people who come to and semi short staff don't surprise me. Excepted wait time that aren't surprising given the nature of these are just when they expect to be able to get you in. Went in for a upper denture for my enlistment, profiled me said that some of my lowers need cleaning. Got an affordable an different option for my denture. Been going back after my training sessions and needless to say I'm getting them faster than k an c which, I couldn't get in till next month with no ideas as to cost or options.

Very nice people! Doctor is really knowledgeable, shares the facts, and is genuinely concerned about giving the best treatment possible. I was in and out of there in a jiffy with quality execution!

I was scheduled for the wax fit for my partials @ 2:30. It was an hour before I was called back only to find out that the lab only sent part of it. Sure wish thier ducks were in a row! Now I have to go back!

Started coming here around 6 months ago to pull my top teeth (they were horrible) no judgement and gave me the price I'd have to pay. Just had the operation done. I was knocked out for it so i had an oral surgeon but I couldn't be happier. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Only problem with this place is the wait times. If you have an appointment for say 9:00 might as well come at 9:30.
