Dr. Danos denied my cavity popping out and said they must of completely missed it because he worked on and filled four different teeth. One of the teeth he pointed out for the cavities he filled didn't have a cavity. It had a root canal which was done by another doctor because he was too busy to come back and finish working on me. So out of the seven people who looked in my mouth prior to filling my cavities, either all seven missed it or Dr. Danos is incompetent and a liar. You decide which is worse. Also you had approval from my insurance and had me sign an agreement to pay back $1113.60. After I pointed out the cavity issue, you charged me an additional $65 to get it filled and another $50 to make up what my insurance didn't cover. You wanted $115 on the spot and couldn't charge it to the credit card I had to apply for just to pay for the original dental work. Today I had my temporary crown removed to put the real one on. The lady tried to pull it out with what appeared to be pliers, was unsuccessful then numbed me. The doctor whose name I do not know but is very kind and good at her job got it off carefully by drilling a do it into it. This process was painless and should have been done first. Overall there is one lady doctor in this practice that I trust. Everyone else whose worked on me were disrespectful and incompetent.

My experience was not good. In short, they will not lift a finger for you unless you commit to a pricey plan They said we would discuss treatment options and be sure to take care of my pain. Instead they came up with a plan that cost 10000. Dr danos assured me he'd prescribe me pain medicine and an anti biotic but when I decided against the pricey treatment he sent me with an incomplete referral sheet. When I called to ask about the prescription they said they didn't want to put me on medicine before I went to the endodontist. But when I finally found an endodontist after my weekend spent in pain(because he didn't refer me) they said before I get treated I will have to take antibiotics and pain medicine which means I will have to push it back further further (Edit) I went to the hospital for the pain and they prescribed me pain medicine and amoxicyllin, saying I was at risk of going into shock

I scheduled an appointment for tooth pain, knowing we need a root canal or extraction. We left with neither. Somehow they had it in their system that we schedule a cleaning. We didn't. I spoke with the Dr and office Manager, Ashton. Although professional, unhelpful. I learned that Aspen has some offices that will treat child in regards to extractions and root canals but it's up to the Doctors discretion. The website did not say this. When I asked if she knew any Aspen dentals that will perform a root canal on a child, she said that she worked at ALL the aspen dentals in the Stl areas and doesn't know of any. The entire visit was a waste of time, energy, and money.

I had to have my dentures lined and they did a wonderful job. Two small adjustments and I was on my way. Very nice staff!

Tabitha at the front desk was extremely helpful and made everything very easy to deal with at check up. Kaley and Tyler were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Favor was very informative, any questions I had were easily answered and made me feel confident with the procedures. Special Thanks to the Office Manager Ashton, extremely nice and I appreciate the donut!

Extremely rude to my grandmother inexperienced receptionist I'll be sure to tell others about my time in this bit*hfest of a dentist office all they care about is $$$$ not the patient. discrimination for low income people

When I got there they took a ridiculous amount of x-rays so many that the insurance company didn't even pay for all of them ended up leaving with a bill of $883.20 which is ridiculous. I have never been to a dentist office before that never even bothered to tell me that insurance wouldn't pay for all the procedures they were doing. Seems to me also that they're only worried about upselling other things they gave me a quote for over $10,000 worth of veneers that they said I needed. I can't believe it I went back for my next cleaning today and they tried to charge me another $138 it's ridiculous. I've never had a dentist in my life that didn't even bother submitting anything to the insurance company I've never paid for a cleaning in my life. Aspen dental is nothing but thieves I recommend nobody go to them I have great insurance and never have paid for a cleaning ever until I moved here and started going to Aspen dental.

I've never been to the dentist on my own but I went they took a bunch of x-rays & it used most of my coverage on my insurance. Gave me a quote for $15,000 worth of procedures. I'm to try to get another opinion.

Fiance went in for a root canal. They put a crown in 3 months later it fell out. They put us on a payment plan since we our on state. Genius has been nothing but problems They closed our account we got covered for 3000 we had it down to 2400 it is not closed and over 3000 and this payment for the fallen crown. And sad part is the new crown They put in today is taller thank the other teeth so he can't completely put his teeth together because now there's a gap

Very pleasant visit the staff are all professional and courteous the Dr went through everything pointed about the stuff that can be done right away & stuff that can get done later. Highly recommend going here.

I went in as a new patient and was greeted by Ericka as soon as i came through the door and once i got checked in she did all my X-rays and then Tyler came in and checked my teeth out and informed me about my gums then Dr. Favor told me about all my options and explained in detail everything to me and then Ashton helped me out with my payment plan. It was quick easy and everyone is extremely polite

I called with an emergency, (i am 500 miles from home) and they got me right in, and extracted the infected tooth for me after a very thorough x-rays and exam. I've never been to an office with some care and compassion, and I am extremely dental phobic. Awesome staff

I called for an emergency appointment last night. They got me in first thing this morning. I had broken a tooth and was in absolute misery. They actually squeezed me in this afternoon and I had broken 3 teeth. I decided to have them extracted. Done. I am fearful of dentists after a bad experience as a teenager and they all made me feel comfortable. I recommend them.

Best dental visit I ever had. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything and let me know exactly what to expect. I will never go anywhere else but Aspen dental from now on.
