Happy I came to Aspen Dental. They got right to work and are helping me to get healthy and have good dentures. I'm thankful. And pain free!

Worst place just out to scam your money. Doesn't want to deal with your insurance. Just beware and make sure they bill your insurance correctly.

Please consider all your options before you agree to let Aspin Dental in Alliance care for your teeth. First, I was told that my first appointment, which to my belief, was an emergency, would involve the exam and also the extraction on the same first visit, and I was told over the phone that it would cost me $119 instead of $148, because of me being a new patient. My tooth was broken at the gum line, with the nerve exposed. I spent Sunday looking for an emergency dentist, and made an appointment literally for first thing Monday morning. I was told on Monday that 1) I would not have my broken tooth extracted bc it was my first time in the office 2) the dentist didn't have any time to do the emergency extraction 3) I would have to come back when the dentist had time. I was forced to take the next available appointment which was Wednesday. Aspin Dental in Alliance does not write prescription medications stronger than Motrin (ibuprofen) for their patients pain management. Not for emergencies, not for before tooth procedures and not for aftercare. The office staff was friendly, but unknowing. On Monday, one of the many dental assistants took my blood pressure wrong, recorded it as 117/73. I wrote that I had high blood pressure, and I even said that the reading was wrong. On Wednesday, my blood pressure was 183/139. The dentist looked at me like I was wrong. I paid the $150, and she almost refused to do the procedure. She told me then that she would do the procedure, but had to use a less affective agent for numbing. I was in overwhelming pain, and I admitted that I wanted to see my family member who brought me, but the doctor refused to let me. 2 stars because the dentist did remove the broken tooth. They didn't provide proper treatment care, and mislead me about everything as I was suffering .

I had gotten my dentures from Aspen. I had teeth fall out 3 different times. The first 2 they told me was a bite issue and that I'm not supposed to wear them to bed, the 3rd just fell out for no good reason. When I went in to have it fixed, they told me I had to have an appointment to have them adjusted. I called them to have them adjusted and had gotten the answering machine, I gave my name, my number and reason for calling and had gotten no call back. I now have a big sore on the top of my gums because when they supposedly fixed my tooth, they left them sharp and uneven. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!

I had a horrible experience. In 2020, I had my wisdom teeth removed. All 4. The process was terrible. I was wide awake, and was not under any laughing gas or anything. I was clearly in pain during the procedure and I just kept getting told to stay still and stop moving. Afterwards, I was sent home still wide awake not under anything and my mouth was barely packed with gauze. I had to go home and get more gauze to try and keep my mouth packed due to how much pain I was in and how much I was bleeding. I would not recommend.

The web site promises pain medication for extractions . This is false, if they do not during the extractions, i am scheduled for tomorrow I will get up and leave. With 1 falsehood already, they should change the entry to anti inflammatory motrin , or is this bad for business?

Had been avoiding dentist for 5 years. Had a tooth that needed extracted and a dentist at a different practice totally gave me ptsd. I shared my concerns with everyone at aspen and they were so kind and so accommodating. I honestly thought I'd never get the tooth out. I can't believe I actually did it!! Nikita and dr Patel are the best. If you are anxious or scared of dentists come here. Thank you again. Also I got 3 stickers!!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. They did my initial x-rays for free which was awesome.. But they didn't let me keep my tooth that I had pulled. My own tooth, gone forever Update: it's been six months and I'm still upset so I'm taking the rating from a 3 to 1

All Staff was friendly and kind. Office was well designed and pleasant to be in. Was not pressured to have all treatment that was recommended. I was lucky that my next appointment did not have to be scheduled. There was a cancelation so they were able to fit me in with only a 20 minute wait. That made me very happy.

Everyone was very nice. My only complaint is I chose to go with the option of using pills that make you sleepy to help with the nerves. We had to get the pills at our pharmacy which only cost us $6.00. Very cheap. But the actual cost for this at the office was 251$ !! That's utterly ridiculous. There was nothing extra used to help "calm" your nerves. We pay out of pocket! I'd advise anyone paying out of pocket, it's not worth it!

I needed a broken tooth removed and this office had the soonest available appointment, which was a 50 minute drive. If you've experienced tooth pain like that then you'll drive that far to even hope to get it fixed as soon as possible. They did the initial examination and were able to remove it same day. I think they moved stuff around for me because they knew I had a bit of a drive. Overall very professional and caring.
