Zero costumer service. Front desk girls are childish and not nice at all, the Doctor and the hygienist did everything rushing and just wanted to get it over with... I even heard the front desk mocking something I said, they don't know I heard them, but I did.. like I said childish and incredibly unprofessional. Like couldn't they wait 5 mins for us to leave? the Dr was cold and detached not compassion at all, felt like we were talking to a robot, a money hungry wants to get this over with so I can move to the next one kinda of robot. Anyways if the owner reads this, check your front desk, or train them better... your receptionists are the face of your company, this is coming from someone who works at the dental field herself... you can do better.

This office is absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient! I made an emergency visit for my 8 year old son. They normally do not take children his age. Not only were they WONDERFUL with him, they went above and beyond. The girls at the front desk even went as far as calling and helping me book an appt for the NEXT DAY at a specialty office! I am floored with my experience here. And can not speak more highly! THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!

This place is awesome and the first dentist that truly cared about my teeth. I'm 27 and all my life I have only been told I had gingivitis and to just be careful. My first appointment at aspen the Dr was very thorough with my exam and xrays and he let me know I had early periodontal disease. He was so great with making a plan to actually help my teeth so that my teeth didn't get worse. I had two extractions and my gum treatment today and while yes im in pain dental stuff hurts normally, overall it was the best dental experience I ever had! The Dr who did my gum treatment also provided me with special toothpaste, mouth rinse and a pretty amazing toothbrush!! Thank you aspen dental!

False advertising!!The dentist knew I had an infection I called an emergency due to a tooth ache . He told me I had an infection but didn't prescribe any medication. I had to call back and ask. They said they couldn't call the farmacy for it. When they should off given it to me while I was there. You can hear the staff more concerned about personal life. Than the client. The receptionist is like wow. So superficial non relative bjuwhy do you work there

I haven't been to a dentist in awhile because of not having insurance and no employment, I have insurance but finding out now I have crappie insurance and Aspen doesn't participate with my insurance. I have a few dental issues and I don't make a lot of money and can't afford to pay out of pocket especially over 13 grand.. so my experience with Aspen wasn't a good one.

Went in to have my dentures repaired, they charged me upfront before the dentures were even repaired, they finished quickly which was a good thing,I go pic the dentures up the receptionist said we were all good (no money owed) then 30 days later I get a bill in the mail, right on the bill it's says max amount for denture repair. It's like they billed me,and when it went to corporate they decided that they wanted more money. Now I'm am stuck with an unjustifiable bill that if I do not pay will mess with my credit and interest will be added monthly. Even though the repairs came out well, there billing procedures are disappointing to say the least.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a joke! My daughter was completely misdiagnosed and they were going to pull her tooth. Her cap fell off that this office put on less then 9 months ago! (which should not have happened in the first place) They told her the only thing to do now is an extraction due to tooth decay. It was her very front tooth and they sent her home with no cap replacement nor did they put the old cap back on. They told her it had too much bacteria and could not be placed back on. My daughter was mortified to say the least. She couldn't talk right, eat right or smile without it. We decided to get a second opinion and thank God we did. Her tooth does NOT have decay/bacteria and DOES NOT NEED TO BE PULLED, and they put a temp cap on in that same visit therefor leaving with A TOOTH IN HER MOUTH!!!! Aspen dental told my daughter they were going to have to try an implant which after calling the insurance company, we found it is not covered and Aspen would have gotten $5000.00 out of my daughter without discussing this with her first. Good thing we are not as stupid as Aspen wished we would be! Look up the law suits and you will see how they are notorious for fraudulently billing and misdiagnosing! I am seconds from contacting a lawyer! I am just glad my daughter was taken care of with the second opinion and with empathy on top of it. P.S. the one star is not meant to be here just couldn't post this without it! They don't deserve any stars! We had to learn the hard way. I hope this post helps out the next person to avoid Aspen!

I was very impressed with the efficiency that was provided by the entire staff. From checking in at the front desk, the dental assistant taking the x-rays right on through the Dr. Chadry the dentist who pulled my infected teeth so quickly and nearly painlessly. Complete professionalism all the way. I certainly will be heading there in the very near future for dentures.

My wife got dentures through aspen, well, still trying to. She has been in for wax try-ins for her final set around 6 times now, and every time they are either oversized or completely crooked and look absolutely terrible. Her temporary set looks fine. Not sure where the failure is at but it's a bit absurd that they continue to mess this up, even though her temporaries are fine. Hopefully attempt number 7 will be better.
