This place is horrible. Total corporate chain mentality. Horrible service, it's like they don't even want to be there themselves. Radiologist had no clue how to do the imaging. Took forever and was very uncomfortable. Their 'system went down' and had me wait in lobby for 20 min before I could see anyone. Finally they just told me to leave as it's still down and they'd call me. Never got a call. 3 months later received a bill for an entire visit. I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the trip/hassle.

No insurance, 4000 grand, cant pay, I am inbetween jobs will have something, tomorrow? we will reschedule when you have something? Thank You Goodbye and when you come back we will rip out your teeth from your lower jawline!? I go home in pain, drink whiskey and slam down Advil PM, and cry to God to just dull it? I wake up it hurts, not as bad, got the job but waiting for drug test results, Amazon interview is line up, they have dental, but 90 day wait till benefit$ kick in? Ad said no insurance dont worry!?

I was nervous today to get my tooth pulled out. It was a difficult tooth to take out but Dr. C knows what he's doing. Very clear instructions. I would definitely return.

I would rate as zero if possible. I called Aspen on 10/11/22 to schedule an appointment as a new patient. During that call my insurance was not verified, but I was assured someone would contact me to verify before my appointment. On 10/12/22 I received a text to arrive at 1:15 for my appointment. I decide to go to the appointment on good faith assuming the insurance was verified. I arrived at 1:15 as instructed to find the office doesn't open until 1:30. When I finally got into reception I mentioned no one contacted me to verify insurance coverage and that I did not want to be seen until it was verified. I was then told I'd have to wait if I wanted it verified. After waiting for some time, reception pulled me aside to say their "roster" with my insurer is full and I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to be seen. As a side note, while I was waiting my name was called to go back for the appointment. I had inform them I was still waiting for insurance verification. It disturbs me to think that had I gone back when they called I would have had to pay out of pocket. This turned out to be a huge was of my time.

Very thorough. However, I am concerned the amount stated in the Evaluation will cost additional money during the procedure.

My dentist said I needed an eval for a root canal, and everyone in town was booked for months, except Aspen. The woman on the phone was really nice, so I thought it would be alright. But, as soon as I walked in the door, I felt uncomfortable and, yes, I became pretty unpleasant. I'm terrified of pain, but this was different; the place just didn't feel right. I thought I'd see the endodontist that would do the work, but she only comes in one a ...month? So I saw the guy that I think owns the franchise. He wanted to do another panoramic xray (I told him I'd just had one, and that's why I was there). He didn't charge me, but what the heck? And don't you just know, he found a second tooth he thought might need a root canal. I paid them up front for the endo, thought about it, and canceled the next day. They said I'd get a refund in 7 to 10 days. More than two weeks later, I called the 800 number and found out the refund was never put in, so the customer rep did it while we talked. I got my refund one day later. I may use Aspen in the future, but I'll never go back to that one.

The staff and team are friendly and attentive once you're in the buildingX but the overall experience reminds me of the dentistry version of McDonalds/fast food. I started going to this office when we moved to Lehigh Valley out of convenience (10 minutes away from my house). My previous dentist is not a franchise, so the patients seemed to matter more from a follow up and check in perspective. I've waited several months for follow up to schedule my next appointment only to find out the extraction policy changed. If you're looking for a personalized, grass rooted dental office, look elsewhere.

They got me in right away. The entire process took less than 2 weeks for a full set of dentures. The entire staff was very helpful and super nice. The office was very clean and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was very upfront with me of what he could do. Which is what I loved he was very honest. I hadn't had teeth in over one year and once I did all I did was cry! Aspen dental is the best! I recommend this place by far! They are caring and understanding! I'm telling everyone I know to switch! True blessing!

This place let us down on an exponential scale. I googled nearby spots and found Aspen Dental in an attempt to find a new regular dentist for my wife. We scheduled an appointment at the beginning of the week and received a follow up call to confirm and provide information. On that follow up call, it was made clear that we needed the appointment for a teeth cleaning only and asked if that could be serviced. The representative told us it would be no problem and confirmed the appointment time. My wife went in for her appointment this morning at 9:45 and when she arrived she was told by the front desk admin that her cleaning was not guaranteed. Not guaranteed? Do you ever order a burger from a pub and grille and have the waitress tell you it's not guaranteed you'll receive a burger when it comes out? I told my wife to decline being seen and to cancel her appointment. To me, that was unacceptable since it was the only service that was requested. She played devil's advocate and asked the admin what they were planning on doing for her if they weren't going to clean her teeth? My wife was told she would receive x-rays and a full evaluation. Why? For what? Who needs the x-rays? Who needs the evaluation? We didn't? So why perform them? If it's in the company's policy to perform x-rays and evals for every new client that walks through the door - fine that's awesome and thank you! However, what's not awesome is being misled by a company over the phone to believe you would be receiving one thing at your appointment only to be told something different after you've arrived. She went through the x-ray and eval process. My wife's dentist was extremely friendly and professional. He said he was going to talk to the hygienist about the cleaning. The hygienist then attempted to shoot down the cleaning and leaning towards it not happening. The cleaning service was finally administered after so much back and forth and confusion. From start to finish, this first time experience lacked what a great dental care spot should have. We will be continuing our search for a new facility. Whether staff training issue or policy issue, I hope this doesn't happen to you when you schedule your appointment with Aspen Dental

Terrible, horrible experience. Came in as a new client as I recently moved to the area. I had a chipped tooth. They did a full consult, with x-rays. They told me no charge as my insurance would cover it, but when I came in the next visit, I had a balance due from the x-rays. They told me to wait to fix the chipped tooth because it might need a root canal. They also told me I would need additional services, which honestly, I was shocked. My old dentist never told me I needed these services. A couple weeks later, my tooth chipped off more. I had an appt made already, which I confirmed the day before in the morning. They called back in the afternoon telling me they had to cancel my appt due to lack of techs. I had a painful crack in my tooth and they rescheduled me for three days later. Waited and went to my appt where they wanted to charge me extra money for the appt just to allow me to schedule a root canal. Such a money grab. Why couldn't I just schedule my root canal during the first visit? Oh, because they only have one lady that does it, and she's backed up 4-6 weeks. The doctor wanted to try and fill the tooth, but if it didn't work, I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks with an open tooth until the root canal appt. But don't worry, he was going to give me pain meds... smh. Worst dental experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

My tooth has been hurting for 12 hours now. This morning it even stated to bleed. I called to see if a doctor could come in but was told I need to wait until normal hours to have it fix. I had to called the hot line 10 time just to have a call back from a doctor. I now have to deal with the pain for another 24 hours. Don't go here if you don't have to

Dental staff were nice. Office staff was very matter of fact and presented me with a $2500 bill. It was overwhelming. She insinuated that I was not in agreement of what was prescribed by the dentist because I asked if I could get a cleaning that was covered by insurance. The lady said in a matter of fact attitude with a grin if you do not like what is prescribed you can get a second opinion. I asked are you saying that if I don't like what is prescribed I should go elsewhere and she said yes with a grin. I said thank you and left. I called corporate and made a complaint. When I looked at my bill after I noticed they charged me for an electric brush $135. This is not covered by insurance. I can buy one at Walmart for half the price. This was never discussed. If they took that off the bill I would have scheduled another appointment. Update called corporate who was able to make financial adjustments. The office then refused to schedule me another appointment.

The experience was excellent from when I walked in until I left. They answered all my questions. I was glad I went and look forward to going back.

they love charging money and one they mess up on something they state that the paper work you sign states that have a 30% change of not fixing the problem but you still have to pay if they mess up there job and for a simple cleaning not even 10 mins i was waiting in the waiting room for much longer even though I was on time. charge me 250 dollars and is on the bill 7 different service charges to say that they did all the 7 thing when the appointment took less then 10 mins
