The building was clean and inviting and the staff were very pleasant. The Dentist was very friendly and gave me some great advice on caring for my teeth that I will apply I would highly recommend this office

Upon Arrival I was greeted at the door and felt very warm and welcome. I was guided step by step of how the process was going to take place . They were very polite and professional and I was left with no confusion. The entire process was better then any dental visit I have ever endured. Although I was worried about my poor quality of my teeth they made sure that I was getting the the right treatment and the best possible for my situation. Thank you Aspen for the top notch help you have given me , moving forward with you ik I'm in great hands ..

I am extremely impressed with this office. From the moment you walk through the door until you walk out everyone is kind, helpful, and caring. Bianca, is the best. She took her time with me, answered my questions, and explained everything she was doing. I am so thankful that I found them.

I hadn't been to the dentist in some time due to insurance and anxiety and I was nervous. The girl at the front desk, absolutely amazing. Funny, kind, and made signing up seem so much less scary. The girl who took me back? Rude. Cold. Her name was Charlotte or something. She kind of expected me to know what was going on, and seemed annoyed I didn't. I was almost in tears getting X-rays because she was just shoving it in my mouth so hard and hardly explained what was happening. I have a tongue ring, and she shoved it back so hard it sliced under my tongue. Didn't even notice till I got home. After waiting forever for the dentist and her hardly speaking to me and when she did, making me feel stupid, he was okay. Rough, not warning me when he was gonna stab. Didn't explain really much until I went to check out and they said they wanted to remove my wisdom teeth? I have no pain there so I thought that was odd. And in total, with insurance, everything would be over 5k. I won't be going back. But that girl at the front desk? Her name started with an A, beautiful black woman. You better do what you have to to keep her. TLDR- Don't go here if you're anxious or not rich, even with insurance.

Came into the office today and I was treated amazing. The staff was all wonderful and very understanding of my situation. Laresha was amazing and made me feel comfortable during the whole process she was with me. Star and Elizabeth were extremely sweet and answered every question I had and talked me through every step. I can't remember the dentist I seen, but she was just as amazing the the rest of the staff I was in contact with today. They definitely made me feel more comfortable coming back for my future appointments. This office is full of amazing people and I can really tell they care about the patients.

Great experience here. We live in Oregon and we were traveling out of state when my son chipped his two front teeth on a playground. We felt very lost in that moment. This Aspen dental was able to fit us in the same afternoon. Everyone was super nice to us, great staff. They were great with my child. They explained our options and then went over the cost of treatment before we moved forward as we were paying out of pocket. They were kind and answered all of our questions without judgement. They were able to fix his teeth that same day! Which was important to us. They did an absolutely amazing job and did not even need to numb my child's mouth. I would definitely recommend this establishment! Very thankful.

I spook easily with doctors and dentist. I wasn't pressured or bothered to do things I need done. Everyone was awesome. I will be going back.

Come here y'all. This is a good place here. I had a troubled tooth and had gone through two different dental offices to try and help but with the lack of funds/insurance on my end and apparently skills and expertise on theirs, I had to deal with pain for months. I found out this place offers financing and I FLEW here to find help and I got it. Getting there, found the place tidy and full of helpful, kind, and relatable folks. Star, the kind lady who helped me out with the financials was the biggest help. She broke down the costs, got me the details I needed, and had my financial worries calmed in record time, incredibly patient throughout. The dental assistants, super nice! Shoutouts to Kia, Jade, and Miriam! When getting my X-rays and even talking to me while the numbing shots did their thing. THEY did their thing!! Hygienist Bianca, thank you so much for being gentle on my cleaning and the convo! Big thank you to Dr. Cheek (I think I named every staff member haha but seriously they're nice!) and to Dr. Veal! The fact that the only thing that causes me any pain after having a root canal and three fillings(all done in 2 appts in the same week) is my jaw being sore from being open for them to do their work speaks VOLUMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They saved my mental well being and my entire mouth and I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you!!!!!!!!

I'm terrified of the dentist I was a crying mess the first half but the whole staff was understanding and compassionate. I got my work done it was painless and fun with the staff thank you everyone especially to my doctor and Kia!

I really appreciate the way kia treated me she was her nice and was very gentle will my mouth. Had a bad experience getting my 1st cap put on before and I just wanted show my appreciation for this young lady. From beginning to end she made my experience worth it. And I can't forget about Dr.Veal he is the best Dentist I ever had very thorough on communicating what's been done and why. What I like the best is they listen to what your concerns are.

Aspen Dental on the Hill in Allen Park is great! They have friendly helpful staff members and they answered all of my questions with a smile! My daughter was worried about getting work done and they did amazing making sure she was comfortable the entire time during her first time ever fillings! Thanks so much for the help and to the dental assistant Kia for her efforts to make sure she was good to go! Thanks guys! I highly recommend this office!

Super friendly and extremely patient. They take the time to actually listen to any issue you are having and fully answer your questions. I'm 37, this is the best dentist I have ever been too. Then entire staff is so polite and the office is always extremely clean. Short wait times with appointments. All the tech seems to be the newest stuff out there. Honestly can't say enough good about this place and the staff. I recommend anyone that needs any dental services to come to the Allen Park location and the staff will make it the most pleasant experience seeing a dentist can be. Briona is the nicest person to deal with.

TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!! I had appointments scheduled for all three of my kids back in June and they cancelled the morning of. Rescheduled for August and DROVE a half hour there to be told there aren't enough hygienists and they need to reschedule. THE WAITING ROOM WAS FULL!!!!!!! WHY CAN THEY SEE OTHER PEOPLE BUT NOT ME? NO MISSED CALLS WERE RECIEVED. HOWEVER I DID GET A CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT THROUGH TEXT MESSAGE. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

My experience with Dr. Cheeks was the best. I would recommend Aspen to anyone. I now take my whole family there. The whole staff made me feel like my experience mattered to them. And to think I hated the Dentist. Well not any longer. I found my new family Dentist office. Thanks again Aspen Dental.

Fancy, clean facility but shady practices. Even with insurance my filling was $300 because it was not clearly explained that it could have been cheaper with silver, or they use a different kind of tooth colored material that insurance does cover but that they just don't use. The doctor ordered a $30 toothpaste and a $150 toothbrush. I had to ask them to remove that from my astronomical bill. Then they sheepishly reminded me about the retainers I might need for a whopping $499 and $599. Again, I have insurance, this is the closest place in-network, and I might need to get my wisdom teeth taken out but the oral surgeon is out-of-network so it will be a few thousand dollars. Be prepared to watch HGTV as you wait for three hours too. Good luck scheduling an appointment because that is a nightmare of robots. Dental insurance is a scam. Who decided your mouth is not a part of your whole body?

The staff and Doctor at the Allen Park office were amazing! I had a tremendous amount of anxiety about my procedure but they were kind, patient, and explained everything beautifully.
