Let me start by saying I loathe the dentist. I had the worst deep clean traumatizing experience ever last year (at a different office). I had a filling fall out about a month ago. I have gone to a couple other dentist office and they tried to overcharge me and couldn't guarantee that they could get my whole tooth out because it was cracked. Aspen dental got me in on an emergency visit that same day, they numbed me to put me out of pain right away and gave me an antibiotic and some pain medicine to come in the next few days to get it pulled. All of the doctors that I met were wonderful and super nice. I told them that I had had horrible experiences and the Doctor who my tooth was very kind did everything very slowly made sure that I wasn't in pain the whole time. The assistants were nice as well. They really took a care of me from the initial visit all the way till after I got my tooth pulled. I'm waiting for my next appointment just to make sure everything's healing great but I haven't had any pain and everything seems to be healing wonderfully. They were very transparent about all of the payment options and everyone in the front desk area is very kind as well. I especially love Leah and Becky. The past few times I have been there some patients have been absolutely horrible to them and so disrespectful but they still keep a smile on their face and handle every situation the best they can. I would highly recommend Aspen dental especially if you're in pain they will take great care of you.

I can't thank Aspen dental enough for getting me out of pain the same day I called and helped me financially with my issue. The front desk manager assisted me and she was AMAZING! Thank you so much again! Highly recommend.

The front office people were nice enough. It still felt more like a business office than dentist office. They did not want me bringing in my previous dental records and started with their own xrays. Their findings were different then what my previous dentist was addressing. It would have been helpful for them to compare their findings based on previous records. Furthermore, I felt pressured to commit to a course of action which would have cost nme $2200 (minimum) a year. I did not connect with this place. Long waits were also irritating.

This is a typical corporate atmosphere place. The service is great but it will cost you. I come from a independent dentist who retired and performs all work himself and you paid what your insurance covers. At aspen you talk to 3 different people and at the end no cleaning is included in the check up. Again with my old dentist he included everything at every check up. It's sad that all cooperate dentist office just tries to get more money out versus a simple independent dentist.it's hard to find an old independent dentistry you can be be friends with and doesn't treat you like a corporate atmosphere. I won't come back here or any other corporate dental place.

Staff is friendly. But horrible service overall. My husband was suppose to have tooth surgery. They charged him $500+ on his credit card. Then right before his appt, they rescheduled him. Then the surgeon quit and he was unable to get his surgery done. But he was still charged for it and it took over a month for him to get reimbursed since it's impossible to even get a hold of someone when you call. All they say is someone will call him back and no one ever did. Also, the crown he got there cracked within a week. We will never go back there again. Such a frustrating experience.

HORRIBLE first experience!!! They cancelled once and they tried to cancel the next one too. Waited for one and half hour and still didn't see the doctor. They said it may take 30 minutes more. They do not care about your time! They are way over priced and I can not wait to get a new dentist.

Awful- they did not honor the price of our dental Discount plan without a huge fight, they tried to do extra procedures without informing you and extra procedures you don't need. They canceled twice on us because their staff doesn't show up to work! They had duplicate patient records for us and they didn't even know it, it's such a mess. When you call the corporate number online they have one set of information and when you get to the local branch office they have something completely different. The customers behind us in the waiting room walked out as well!

Every one is friendly and Happy!! They explain everything so you can understand. They are a bit pricey, but will work with you. They will do what ever it takes to help out

Had to call legit 5 times just to get a copy of my x-rays emailed to me. After the second time I assumed they emailed it to my new dentist like I had asked, but find out on the day of my appointment that they never received the x-rays. Each time I called they said they'd sent it immediately and never did until I asked for the 5th time.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!! Went in for my exam and x-rays sent an appointment up to have 5 teeth pull and they canceled on me not once but twice. Then I asked for my x-rays to be sent to me and I got to they would and they never did took me a week of fighting with them befor they sent them.

I am a new patient that was assigned to this dental practice by my insurance and I couldn't be happier. I was having tooth discomfort and they got me in right away. In less than hour they had a treatment plan for me and even helped me with financing. The who.le staff is fantastic

This dentist office is a joke. The office ladies are super friendly, but they really dropped the ball. Doing Invisalign through Dr. Ahmed. After 6 months of waiting and calling and being told I would get a call back, it's clear they just took my money and ran. It all started after paying off the last of my Invisalign. November 2021 I was scanned for refinement trays after not being happy with my progress so far. I waited until January during my cleaning to ask about my trays. They never ordered them. A couple months later, they tell me my retainers are there. I didn't need retainers, I needed more trays, to continue my progress. They said they will order them, and that they accidentally ordered the wrong thing....a couple more months go by, and I tried to call multiple times. Finally got a call back, and they once again said my retainers where in, and had been for months. I had to explain that I needed refinement trays, not retainers. Was told they would figure out what happened and call me back later that day...that was nearly a month ago...6 months later, and I don't have the refinement trays. Can't even get a call back. Bet if I owed money, they'd be calling me back. You expect to be treated like a valued customer after dropping thousands of dollars right into their pockets. Pathetic. Go here if you want terrible customer service and empty pockets with nothing to show for it. At this point, my only option seems to be small claims court. Thanks for the headache, Aspen!

TERRIBLE!!! Always running behind and they could care less about your time! They are always saying well it takes how long it takes and basically brushing me off. A curtesy call would be nice so I'm not sitting around for an hour. They are way over priced and I can not wait to get a new dentist.

If I could give a zero, I would. I called for an abscess, I got in quickly but I wish I hadn't. The dentist was rude, clearly rushed and did not listen to anything I said. Nor did she, or her staff, help in any way with questions, concerns and general dental anxiety I was experiencing. Additionally, I had a crown placed and made several follow up appointments to have it adjusted as it changed my bite completely and I was unable to chew. Not only did the hygienist and dentist frequently look away from my mouth to discuss how tired they were, they also disregarded my comments on the pain I was having. They placed a crown that is STILL exposing root, creating intense sensitivity; which I voiced to them and their management team, without any follow up or help; that I will have to have another dentist fix because there is nothing that could make me return to such an awful office. If you like big chains whose only concern is how many mouths they can get in their chairs, with rushed and rude service, no regard for overall patient satisfaction and a complete inability to provide compassionate dental care in an effective manner; then this is the place for you. Editing to add: I have contacted customer service, corporate, regional manager and office manager without explanation, response or any form of communication back to me. Disgusting and disturbing business practices.

Staff is incredibly friendly and made the visit relaxing and stress-free. They walked me through everything to make sure that all my questions where answered before proceeding with the visit. When it came to my options, they were able to discuss the financial part of it while I was there to help me decide my best course of action.

As soon as I walked in I felt at home, they made sure I was taking care of and had my best interest. I highly recommend them. I'm not a big going to dentist person, but I sure am with them

Went for a general exam due to gum and tooth pain. Took about 2 dozen X-rays, rushed through the exam and handed me a bill of work to be done for almost $10,000!! I told them of my concerns but they seemed to be more interested in cosmetic dentistry and everything but the whole reason I went there. Seemed like a money grab to me. They did ask if I had any questions or concerns but gave me the same generic answer without any detailed explanation. To cap it all off they couldn't provide change after paying for the exam with cash. Got a second opinion with completely different results and a through explanation of care. The second dentist prioritized what actually needed to be fixed, which is my gum and tooth pain. Never again Aspen.
