I scheduled me and my sister an appointment one month before hand and showed up and my appointment had been canceled and they didn't let me know. I got an email a week before hand saying my appointment was still schedule but when I showed up they had cancelled it and couldn't fit us in bc of their mistake.

We are very pleased with Aspen Dental. Every single member of their staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Coleman and Dr. Perez were very friendly and made us feel very at ease. The hygienists Katie, and Kiki were great (as was Abby and her trainee who did our xrays). Kiki was so gentle with my cleaning after my explaining I have sensitive teeth. Teak, Lauren and Courtney worked extensively with us to be sure we could work around our schedules and finances. I highly recommend Aspen Dental of Alexandria to anyone needing dental assistance.

Don't go to this Dental office their prices are too high and they want you to pay up front and than they will file a claim to your insurance company United health care Dental for a higher price and you will not be Remembers nothing because it's too Expensive

They were beyond sweet! Everyone was so kind and friendly. The doctor was so descriptive and gave me many options to choose from she wanted to do what is not only best for me but wanted me to be 100% comfortable with it. They will work with you if you don't have insurance and let you do a payment plan. Highly recommend!!

Mrs. Abrams advocated for me in a manner I didn't do for myself. Her observation and assessment skills were remarkable. I'm still in awe--She alarmed Dr. Maldonado who immediately addressed my needs. Dr. Maldonado expressed empathy and was so compassionate! I feel better today because she treated all of my needs and made sure I was taken care of prior to leaving the office. I thank you ladies soooooo much and truly pray GOD Bless you in every aspect of your lives. Thank you to the office staff--They were all so nice! I am now a Forever Patient because of the care I received and will highly recommend this office to anyone looking to have their oral needs cared for!

Very nice facility. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Courtney the financial counselor (?) was very knowledgeable about the product and how to secure the additional funding I needed. I can't wait to get started.
