Just started going to Aspen. The staff was so friendly and professional. They put me at ease of the process. Dr Ghiya was awesome in explaining what I need to do which was best for me. No pressure to do anything you couldn't afford. Will do another update as I finish the process.

The office itself is very nicely done. I felt comfortable walking in and in "the chair". Everyone went out of their way to make sure I wasn't nervous or anxious about anything. Dr. G explained everything to me about my upcoming next visit and the procedure I am having done. He was very nice and professional and I felt very much at ease. Danielle Reaves was very helpful as well with explaining cost and how everything would happen. I have always hated going to the dentist but overall this was an excellent experience and I'm looking forward to seeing them again at my next visit.

I went to the New Aspen Dental in Albemarle. Fantastic customer service from all the office girls and from Dr G who was extremely patient, understanding and very kind. Thank you for the service you are providing to our community

The Staff were Great,Dentist is very Good & explains each step of a Major procedure,but the Price went Up several Hundred Dollars ( After) the procedure was completed. I can't believe it's possible for this to Happen w today's Advance Dental Practice & Aspen Dental's Reputation.

I have been so impressed with this office so far. I went in on September 1st wanting to get dentures because of broken and bad teeth. I have an appointment on the 26th for extractions and to get my temporary dentures. I can't wait!

This was my first visit to an Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly and accommodating, Dr. Ghiya was very informative and friendly. They included a first full set of x-rays at no charge which was fantastic. Very glad I picked this practice! I plan to be a client for a long time.

The young lady up at the front was very helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Ijay was a great doctor and explained everything very well. Hardly any pain from my extractions. Great establishment with very friendly and welcoming staff.

I walked infor an emergency extraction and the team readily fit me in. I waited mabe 15 minutes in the waiting area, very courteous staff, pleasant. The doctor gave in great detail what my procedure would entail and treated me accordingly. Thanks to the entire staff at Aspen Dental! ( Albemarle location)

Patient beware. Aspen dental charges you money before any procedure. I paid for a root canal and they destroyed my mouth by torturing me unnecessarily. My mouth is in really bad shape and all they do is make sure they lie in insurance forms so they can over charge you. They want you to get super expensive dentures, implants and procedures that you don't need. For example, they won't see you without a super expensive mouth cleaning procedure. If you don't accept, they drop you. Just search "#aspendental" on tiktok or the news. Lawyer up.

I'm rushing in for my appt, running late trying to make it on time. There's a gentleman there holding us up, trying to make sure that he doesn't owe more than he's being charged He apologizes for the inconvenience, the receptionist takes the time to accommodate him as we the patients patiently waits. Have a great day Aspen dental I am very well please with your services thus far.
