I hate going to the dentist. I mean I really hate it. I chose to go to Aspen because they were the first place I called that could get me in on short notice after breaking a tooth and suffering horrible pain (which, BTW, is the only reason I have ever gone to the dentist as an adult...) this was my first time doing business with Aspen so I didn't know what to expect. Thankfully everyone there was amazingly friendly, professional and treated me like a guest. When I went back a few days later to get the broken tooth removed they, again, impressed me with their friendly, comforting and caring treatment. I highly recommend Aspen in Albany and I will be returning again, many times I am sure, to get my teeth right again.

Came in to have my teeth cleaned. My dental hygienist was named Brittany. She really went out of her way to make sure that I understood what treatment was going on, and was incredibly kind and compassionate about my situation. I find that is something which is often lacking at the Dentist's office so I really appreciate her going the extra mile.

Horrible customer service. First experience and the last. Booked an appointment online. Received text day of. Showed up on time and waited for an hour before we asked when we would be seen. Got nothing but attitude and eye rolls from the female staff. Awful behavior and you Aspen Dental should be ashamed of how you treat your patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I have anxiety and they were very comforting and supportive. I didn't need to take any of my anxiety medications. When I needed a break they stopped.

If you are looking for a dentist this is where you need to go. No judgement and no shaming their patients. They are professional, friendly, and take the time to really listen to you. Now that I've found them I will never go to anyone else.

Today was a introduction to Aspen Dental. The Dental techs were fabulous. The Dentist was excellent. The prices were quite reasonable. The bite things they use for x-rays were the most uncomfortable things I've ever EVER experienced in a bite thing before...I was actually in tears. Thank goodness that is not something I would have to do every time. I have had much more comfortable x-rays so I KNOW there are better bite things out there...and this is the only reason Aspen doesn't get 5 stars. I will go back...but, I will likely refuse future xrays. Ouch.

Such a great experience! I haven't been to the dentist in years so was very embarrassed and terrified of the dentist but the whole staff made me feel so comfortable and I didn't feel anyone judged me. I had a problem and needed teeth pulled and was able to get it done the next day. So grateful for the entire staff!

I went into Aspen Dental because a tooth was very painful and my regular dentist is out of town. I got a full set of x-rays done (for 1 tooth?) and an exam by the dentist and the hygentist. Dx: gingivitis, all my teeth are so worn that I need to get dentures and the dentist said my pain is coming from an area that's not bothering me. I went to another dentist who has a 3-D camera and was told the tooth that hurts has a hairline crack in it. I have an appointment next week to get it fixed. I feel this particular office is out to make money on whoever they can. I've since heard other "horror" stories about this dental office. I will never go back and I advise those who are thinking about receiving treatment here to get a second or even a third opinion. Now I'm wondering how much I will be soaked for 18 x-rays and a consult.

Protocol was redundant. I don't like central offices or 800 numbers. The local store knew nothing of my business; had to repeat everything! I did end up agreeing to their services, as the staff and dentist where very personable despite my poor attitude at first. The price is maybe a little higher than what I expected; but due to previous recent dental experiences, I feel it's worth it because I will have what I want in the end, matching dentures.

I went to Aspen dental in December 2021 the office is ran like a used car lot , they cant answer basic questions why the quoted price keeps changing or why is there no record of estimates or charges sent to the insurance company. Every time I spoke with them the cost changes over the course of treatment of having teeth removed and dentures made, I saw the dentist once for treatment and once to check healing other than that the dentist is pleasant

Scheduled emergency visit online during off hours then called the after hours number. Shannon answered the call and addressed all my concerns very professionally, made me feel at ease. The entire team there in Albany was fantastic. They had me out in an hour when I expected at least that in wait and prep time. First visit I've ever had at a dentist office where I wasn't totally anxious. I would refer anyone.

Worst dental experience ever don't come here, some white chick did my ex rays and was sure rude af she didn't smile or was nice at all horribly trained dental assistants kept messing up my ex rays made me cry after coming here

Dr Livingston and the whole staff were outstanding, patient and kind. We needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and I called five other places and Aspen dental was the only one who squeezed us in. Thank you so much.
