Jada is a truly horrible person and should be fired immediately or at least not be the one dealing with patients. I had an appointment that my insurance provider made on my behalf months ago. today, the day before my appointment, Jada called to inform me I had the wrong insurance and I would be charged a copay. I immediately began to explain to her that this was wrong when she cut me off and said I was being too loud and to shut up. I'm deaf and speak loudly and was also highly upset over being told this information, but I wasn't yelling. she hung up on me and when I called back with my insurance rep on the phone she was also calling her a liar and giving her a disgusting attitude. I spoke to the office manager and was told my appointment for tomorrow was confirmed and I wouldn't have any out of pocket copay, but after reading other reviews I'm now afraid to go at all and risk more medical trauma than I already have. I will be following up with my insurance company and the Aspen Dental corporate division to report what I feel is targeted ableism at poor/disabled/POC patients they know are on certain insurance companies to try and steal what little money we have. they have billed so many people and tried to charge them for thousands of dollars and I refuse to be another person they abuse.

It's a factory. Different dentist every time. Not the greatest service. Rude people at the front desk. Only use this office if you have an emergency and no other dentist is available.

Front desk girl was snobby and unwelcoming. Jada, her name was. First point of contact and that's what we get, someone obviously not happy with her job. I felt sorry for the young lady sitting beside her for training. I bet she won't stay if she has to deal with Jada all week. Ugh!!!

Even with my insurance I was quoted a price exceeding $1500 for wisdom teeth removal. This was because Aspen dental's oral surgeon only takes partial payment for insurance. I made an appointment with a provider who fully accepted my insurance. I have not made another Aspen appointment since

I was seen for a tooth ache/infection, the dentist and hygienist were both great. The place itself tried to charge me upwards of $1500 for future wisdom teeth removal, future cleaning and a future filling even with my employer sponsored health coverage that they said they accept, and used my $25 copy towards the total. When I looked at my receipt I was charged 8 times for something I should have been charged 4 times for and was charged $135 for an electric tooth brush no one told me about. After leaving I found multiple other places to do the cleaning, filling, and wisdom teeth removal all for the copay of $25, cancelled my future appointments with Aspen, and demanded a refund. Will never go back to Aspen.

See I put a review about how Aspen dental in bossier city Louisiana have cheated coned are whatever you want to call it so right after that I get this email saying they were sorry that I was disappointed with the service and that they would be getting ahold of me the following Monday here it is Friday and I haven't heard a word why even take the time to lie to me that's just wrong so they have made me the worst set of teeth I have ever seen took like 18 months to do that promised me they would fix them they never did the waited until there so called warranty had run out so they didn't have to then had to send me a bill saying my insurance had not paint enought at the beginning they said there would never be any other charges so that was a lie then send me a email saying they would be getting ahold of me about it never did you lady's and gentamen what you think crooks are not crooks all I can say is every department from the store to a place in new York have been dishonest to me I'm on a fixed income and can't afford a lawyer are to have them fixed by another place this is it for me have a nice day guys and please stay away from any Aspen dental

I was pleased with the entire visit. They checked me in, I did my medical history on an IPAD and waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen. The tech doing the XRays was very good to me and no pain involved. The DR who saw me was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Also answered all of my questions.

Went in to have my infected tooth looked at even though I didn't have insurance that they took. They did X-rays and looked at my teeth, told me what was wrong and referred me to places that take my insurance(which is what I wanted)they offered to do it but it would have been out of pocket. Everyone there was really nice and it didn't cost a thing.

Young staff very professional, girl with curly brown and amber colored hair helped me feel very comfortable great part of their team the dentist was very helpful and great at explaining exactly what I need was a great experience throughout the process looking forward to my next visit !!

Jules was awesome as always! Thorough, yet gentle and didn't miss commenting about my lipstick...it's nice to be remembered...the dentist was great as well, applying fluoride treatment and complimenting me on my teeth...I actually enjoyed trip to the dentist!!
