The best Dental office ever!! I knew more on my first visit because of the entire staff knowledge and expertise. They explained everything perfectly. Everyone that works in Albany Georgia is fantastic!! I am not going to waste my time going anywhere else. The only real pain I felt was when the Doctor was shooting the needles through my gums. I am so happy I feel so much better.

I have been going to the dentist every six months for as long as I can remember and Aspen Dental was by far the best experience I've ever had! Every single person was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! A special shout out to Heather, my technician. She's amazing! I could go on!!

Great friendly environment. State of the art equipment. From Haley front desk, Donna X-ray, Chelsea nurse, Heather hygienist and Dr Jindu great service. Isaiah check out great since of humor. I recommend to anyone to go and check them out, you will be glad you did.

When I initially went in for my appointment everything went well, after the appointment I had an issue with my credit card and continue to call back because I'm being told that they will give me a call back but never receive the phone call and it's the same issue day after day and nothing resolved. This is an issue that need to be address because it affects your credit in the long run, and if I don't receive service I shouldn't be charge for it but I hope I can get it resolve asap. I have seen this issue in other reviews and I feel that it need to be address. I must say I spoke with the Customer Service Management Team and the representative name was Heather she took great care of me and also fix the issue that I was having with the charges on my credit card so if you are having financial issues please give the Customer Service department a call and let them fix your issues I promise you, you won't regret it and thanks again Ms. Heather for being a great ear along with handling business.

Today was my second day and time to go to Aspen Dental. Dr. Barron is my dentist and I have to say he is the absolute best! He gave me the best option to my treatment and he was absolutely amazing at getting my two teeth out today! Thank you for doing such a great job Dr. Barron. Usually my mouth would be hurting, but with his work there is NO PAIN! I would recommend going to Aspen Dental. And ask for Dr. Barron. Thank you again. And y'all will be seeing me again soon.

I have been to other Aspen dental locations, and no complaints. But the Aspen Dental on Wrightsboro Rd. Augusta, Ga. is extra amazingly professional, and friendly. It was my initial exam. I was seen by pretty much everyone. 5 star to everyone (receptionist, xray tech., hygienist, dentist, and insurance person at check out.) Each person thoroughly explained everything to me in detail what I needed to get done. And this office has all the upgraded technology. I definitely will be doing all of my dental needs at this location.

Horrible service, unaware of how to properly calculate exposure to radiation from previous appointments and orthodontist. Considering this is increases the odds of childhood cancer stay away. Un willing to clean teeth without an xray because its all an insurance scam. Thats why they try to sneak in painting fluoride on your teeth without telling you as well. Peer reviewed studys from well established medical journals have illustrated IQ is lowered from consuming fluoride. Unfortunately the doctors at this office are more likely to be the subjects of an investigation then to ever read a peer reviewed publication. Front desk staff are rude and rank amatuers at the business of customer service. The reason this place can stay in business is because it's the only place many people can afford. Thats it. Its not because they are good it's because they are one step above paying someone in a dark alley to pull your tooth.

I have had so much trouble with getting assistance from there office manager Carrie to assist me with some financial issues and to help me get everything work out so I can get a schedule appointment to get the work I need done. I feel like I have not been treated as a value patient. Every time I call and speak with a representative, they take my information and massage for there office manager Carrie to contact me back, she never returns my call. I should not have call 3 or 4 times a day to try and speak to someone about getting everything financially worked out so I can get scheduled appointment. I have been patient and try waiting for some assistance. I guess I will never get the help and assistance I need.

My daughter went here for tooth pain. They saw her and when she went back in from the parking lot, they told her the dentist was out of town until next week and their system was down. She cried in the parking lot because they scared her with all these dollar signs of things she didn't have to have today. She needed the tooth that was hurting her fixed and now she's leaving with nothing done to help her. If this is the service they offer, I wonder what their emergency service is like.

Today was my first time there. I was nervous at first but then the employees made me feel very comfortable. They took their time with me. Talked with through all the steps , let's see how the rest of my visits goes. And not to mention seen me the same day for a cleaning wasn't expecting that but I'm glad I did. Thank you so much Aspen Dentist

I had sooo much pain and found out with the x-ray I had a split/broken tooth. The staff was awesome, polite,and caring. Made me as comfortable as they could. Thanks so much for the assistance.
