Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Aiken location. The team is very unprofessional, there is too much gossip amidst the staff, they share your personal information, do not provide good service once they receive the payment (which is generally upfront at Aiken), and the charges are ridiculous (but they know you'll pay it for emergent services). Go elsewhere! All Aspen Dentals are independently owned, not a part of "Aspen Dental". The Aspen Dental Franchise is a name and nothing more. It does not 100% guarantee anything and you're on your own with that location. (In other words, there is no 'Corporate' to report them too.) Care Credit (which is their financing method) can be obtained thru many other dental care providers if you do not have dental insurance.

I had gone to this dentist for 5 years and had never had a real issue. The last time I went for a cleaning however, the hygienist flossed too hard and broke the permanent retainer I had. I didn't think it was a big issue, more of a mild inconvenience. I figured I would just go get it fixed at an orthodontist and the dentist's office would reimburse the money since the damage was done during the cleaning. When I got a quote and called the office manager, I was told they wouldn't pay for it, since the retainer breaking is "normal". I spoke with several other dentists and orthos about it, and they were all baffled at the notion that a dental professional would claim a permanent retainer isn't permanent and that the dentist would be so dismissive of the whole event. I now have one tooth that is shifting, so I am going to have to get braces again and go through the whole process again, all while having to pay for it myself.

Dr poore is very rough. I knew going in that shots in that area would be painful but he was just, I felt, unnecessary rough and uncaring. he has no bedside manner either. I know I was like the others just a number to him but I am after all a person. the attending nurse was wonderful. she was so kind and helpful during my visit. I am old enough for the senior discount but still get nervous and scared in the chair, in fact she came in just as I was about to get up and leave. the only other complaint I would have is that I had to wait for over 11/2 hours in the waiting room. but I guess that happens occasionally. the staff at the office, especially Stefanie up front are very nice.

Aspen Dental in Aiken, SC was very helpful in taking care of my mother in a very short notice. They were able to get her in and fixed up in no time. The staff were all great! Thank you for taking care of Momma.

Went back in after a year. They all remember me and were so pleasant and caring this morning.. A Wonderful Business. they were very kind compassionate n understanding with all that I needed done. I will be getting a new set !! Was in house financed and can make payments on ammount do!! I Am So Very Pleased with them.. Thank ya .. From top to bottom in my mouth they offered all the care n services I may need. I would Gladly recommend Aspen Dental to Anyone. All was taken care of and a next appt set. I Was Very Pleased with the way things went. Thank you All So Much...

The service rendered was great, but the pricing was deceiving. They tell you up front what the price out of pocket but when they start the procedures they tell you your insurance didn't pay this they didn't pay that. So when all is said and done it cost you more than what was agreed on. I don't think I will be going back.

My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely fantastic. Staff was welcoming, everyone was neat,clean, professional ,intelligent , articulate and the office ran like a well office oiled machine. I had an excellent experience. I'm scheduled back to complete my work, and would highly recommend Aspen Dental Aiken to everyone. Thank you

I booked appointments over a month ago for myself and my boyfriend. They waited until the Tuesday before our appointment to call and tell me they don't take Saturday appointments. My mouth is swollen and sore from needing dental work and they do not even care that I have already waited over a month to be seen. What horrible customer service and people.

I booked an appointment over a month ago and requested the day off work. Today this office called and canceled my appointment just 3 days before it. The only resolution they offer is to get on their "cancellation" list, which does not work for me because I have to request off a month in advance. What horrible business practices.

Staff in the back was acting very lazy. I had a appointment too get some work done waited a month too get some work done and they took me too the back looked at it and said I go have too reschedule u. I was very upset I took a day off from work too get this done and they did nothing and didn't even apologize about it either
