When booking appointment I was under the impression I was getting a cleaning the day of my appointment. But I guess it a 3rd party call line when making the appointment they don't communicate very well with the center in Adrian and their patients...and the clinic manager told me "no" they do not do that the first visit is a consult ........ It was honestly disgusting when I went in there... and I will not be back unless I absolutely have too...

Very good for the first time going to Aspen quick very to the point they listened to what I wanted done next appointment will be the first treatment so I'll have more to say then. Very wonderful staff and office manager was terrific as well

Doctor was very professional and gentle. Took care of 4 cavities for me and I have absolutely no discomfort even after the numbing medicine wore off. Great job Dr. Lee.

Went in for an emergency extraction. Drove over an hour. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by the dental assistant had to endure my mouth being poked and prodded to enflame the sore tooth and make it 10xs more painful then when I arrived only to be told they would not be pulling my tooth that day very frustrating and disappointed

Horrible! When we called on a Thursday to be seen for a split and infected tooth, they directed us to go to the ER to get antibiotics and pain meds b/c they couldn't see us till Monday. When Monday rolled around and we went in, they refused to remove the tooth stating "they couldn't do an extraction while he's on antibiotics" even though that was their recommendation. But they wanted to chat about dentures ($$$) all about the money. Go to Great Lakes instead, we were happy we did.

Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. Everything was explained to my mom on her dental plan. Will definitely recommend your office to friends and family.

All of the staff was super nice, during my initial consult. Came back to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted (one of which was broken and developed an infection and another came in sideways). They got me back even earlier than my scheduled time. Dr. Lai and the hygienist (unfortunately, didn't catch her name) were incredibly kind and caring about my comfort/pain level throughout the procedure. It went much quicker than I thought, considering the 2 problem teeth. They explained aftercare really well and had my prescription submitted, so I could pick it up immediately after leaving. Definitely recommend them.

Set up a new patient appointment, appointment was at 11:45, didn't even start leaving until 1:45. Spent an hour of my time just sitting in the exam room waiting.
