I had a great experience at the Acworth location! The stuff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The dentist was very nice and knowledge. I didn't have a long wait and my concerns were addressed! I will return as I need more dental work done.

This was my best dental clinic and i thought it was a good idea to get my whole family there. After 8 months of smooth running, the doctor transferred to Kansas and our whole care plan change without notice. When we questioned we were black listed for services, every time we go, there were issues with our treatment. They could keep us in the patient room for hours without service. The whole care team turned against us. I wish they could have just let us go In Peace without being rude and arrogant.

First of all the 1st visit and xrays are free for new patients without insurance which is great... my opinion (the 1st part of the torcher is free). The 2nd half of torcher (pulling of one tooth) will cost ya. The dentist l had lacked in bedside manner on both visits. She didn't care that l wasn't numb yet and proceeded to jab the needle in my mouth several times. She didn't care that l was hurting, scared, crying or choking on numbing agent. The assistant obviously needed more training as l proceeded to choke and gag and had to swallow some the numbing agent from the needle combined with my saliva. I also specified what pharmacy for my medications and will have to wait until tomorrow to ask for it to be sent to the pharmacy AGAIN. So l have no antibiotics or pain medication until then. All in all bad experience.

Let me make this clear. I AM NOT a client at this dentist place. However my husband is. He went to get some work done and honestly it's been a problem since he went to Aspen dentist and now his having issues when he eats or drinks anything. N that's bcuz the dr who did his work i believe overly drilled down his teeth too much. N bcuz of that his experiences with a lot pain he didn't have b4. But that's not just the problem with this dentist office. ITS THE PRICES that are ridiculously too high. And another thing? They need to do better when it's comes to getting their customers in/out of an appointment at an appropriate times. Don't no one wants to sits on a dentist chair for 4-5 hours in a day. Come on now! Aspen your business needs to do better! So far both locations have been a disappointment and I will find my husband another dentist to go see if he's continuing with pain to where eating and drinking a problem now. Thanks to Aspen dentist. I pray that they can listen to their clients and make some changes in some of their offices. That's it.

In my experience thus far, this office is very professional and accommodating. There are 3 offices on the same road and I mistakenly came to this location. The front desk kindly explained they would be happy to see me at this location. Along with the office personnel, the building was bright, light, and clean which put me at ease and made me feel welcomed. The hygienist and dentist I saw were not only professional, they seemed to have passion for their work and exhibited genuine care about me as a patient. They took time to explain the overall condition of my teeth's health and laid out a game plan for treatment. I wasn't thrilled about the price point of things towards the end; however, in the interest of moving towards health and wellness, some investments are just worth it. :)

I had my first visit today and everyone was exceptional! From the front desk staff to the dental assistants who assisted me as well as Tori the dental hygienist and Dr. Bre. Super friendly and informative!

Is it weird to say that I am looking forward to my oral surgery on the 27th? Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful at my visit today. I feel comfortable & able to talk about my issues without judgement. Come here if you're looking for a COMPASSIONATE staff!

The dental work was fine, but their billing and claims filing is a nightmare. It took 5 months for them to properly file and apply a claim and they wouldn't process the refund for the amount they overcharged me for an entirely different claim (over $1000) until they did. They shorted me $400 in the initial refund so I had to comb through their ledger to figure out how they misapplied the contracted rates with my insurance company (after being told by one person my insurance company couldn't tell them what to charge and another that my EOB doesn't mean anything) and then wait another month for them to get around to sorting that out.

GET A SECOND OPINION before committing to anything. I thought all of the staff was lovely but the cost and severity of the treatment plan seemed excessive. Also the prices did not match the cost of services listed on the website. Anyway that pretty much destroys any trust. I went to another dentist that same day to get a second opinion. I did not tell the second dentist I had seen Aspen dentist that morning. The second dentist recommended the same dental work as Aspen but the cost was $2200 less plus they offer a cash discount on top of that. The second dentist also recommended the wisdom teeth removal but said I could wait up to a year if I clear up the infection and actually wrote me 2 prescriptions so I could clear up the infection. Aspen tried to get me to rush to get my wisdom teeth pulled like it was an emergency but did not treat the infection. I haven't seen the second dentist's recommended myofacial surgeon but I certainly would need to get a second opinion and price on that too since the normal dental work with Aspen was so grossly overpriced. Also Aspen seemed to really overstate the urgency and severity of what was going on compared to what the second dentist said. I felt like they were using fear to try and get me to rush into an overpriced treatment plan.

This office is very unprofessional, staff is rude. They took all my money, removed my teeth and dismissed me as a patient as I got upset cause they wanted more money. Staff laughed at me and when confronted they informed me they can laugh at whatever they want to. They lie about their prices and hide expensive charges after they do a procedure. Never use this Aspen dental.

Love my dentures. The finance guy Dan volunteered to give me a small discount. When I paid my bill the discount had not been applied. I paid the amount Dan told me to and they said they would apply the discount making my account paid in full. But they didn't, instead they later sent another bill to my ins company who paid all but $65. Now I have a collection company hounding me for over $600 which I do not owe!

I Had a terrible experience with another Aspen Dental office years ago but i thought i would give them another chance. My wife called the Acworth office yesterday and told them what i needed exactly and they said they could handle the job and made an appointment for this morning. I got there and I had to fill a lot of papers which i am used to. I was then told that they had to take an X-ray which surprised me since my problem was very simple and should have been a 5 minute job. The doctor came in after the X-ray and the paperwork i had filled out and she had no idea why i was there and then told me that they do not offer the service i needed. I looked at her and asked her why was i there and she just shook her shoulders and told me must have been a misunderstanding over the phone. I am sure they are going to charge my insurance for the unnecessary X-ray and office visit. what a waste of my morning. They made money and I lost valuable time.

I could not be happier with the care I am receiving from Dr. Bree & the staff at Aspen Dental - Acworth, GA. I suffer from dental anxiety and have always struggled with follow up care, only going when it was absolutely necessary. Dr. Bree makes me feel so comfortable and the staff is so caring. I am so excited to finally find a dentist that I am excited to work with to get my smile back on track!

Very unprofessional buisness. Rude staff. Appointment times mean nothing. Very slow. Not very educated in their own profession. Did I mention that the staff doesn't seem to care. I would NOT I repeat would NOT recommend aspen dental to anyone. I wouldn't be surprised if they were Trump supporters.... terrible buisness
