i quit there service. dentist try to force his quota on you to make money. get attitude personally and refuse to give 6 month cleaning because i told him i dont want him injecting antibiotics in my gums. never had or been offered that before. he got angry and walked out of room with helper. i

Great and professional workers. Everyone was very nice. No negativity from not seeing the dentist for in a very long time. They were very educational with all the information about my teeth , gums and jaw bones. I just wish I could afford the cost. If you don't qualify for a credit card then you can't get a loan to make payments. Only downside i can't afford the cost out of pocket.

Unfortunately my partials broke or I should say a tooth came out but took him in and they was fixed the same day thanks because I was leaving to go out of town the next day and they took care of me thank you Aspen dental to you and your staff much appreciate it

Although we had to wait a wee while, the initial visit went wonderfully thanks to Crystal, Sarah, lali and Dr Nichols was outstanding. I have been to many dental practices in my 63 years but none as thorough as this one, using state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose the condition of my teeth and work with me on the best course of treatment. Vivian worked with our insurance and came up with a very good price. Treatment is scheduled in for the day after the initial inspection so you can't beat it. Looking forward to having a great set of Choppers with Aspen Dental - Highly recommend their professional and personable practice. Cheers Paul O

They have such great customer service that is really willing to help you. I called another dental clinic before reaching out to aspen dental and the customer service is just down right rude! They didn't even answer with a greeting with the name of their business and I had to ask if it was a dental clinic cuz it sounded like a personal call not business. Well i called aspen dental right after and the lady went out of her way to help me and get me the earliest appointment she could and really was the sweetest lady. Now I don't know if the people at the office will be nice as this lady at the customer service but I had to give her a five star today for making my day a less stressful one towards a positive outcome!

My dad told the dentist that he was in a lot of pain. The dentist told him no he wasnt and continued to working causing my Dad to become nonresponsive and being sent to the ER. They refunded him for the work that was not done but still charged him for this appointment and said nothing about expectations for thier employees.

Great people & excellent work. Couldn't ask for better people & they explain everything. They do their level best that you feel no pain during any procedure. I had to have front bridge implants, upper & lower, done. I've had nothing but complements on them. They also work with you on cost & payments. Thanks you guys for giving me my smile back!!

The staff is AWESOME!! My wife went finally due to her taking care of her mother the timing was never right. She said they let her come even after she was running late, explained everything and was not judgemental at all. She told the staff it was going to be bad and they reassured her that it was all going to be alright and they were there to help her smile again and for her to be proud of her smile once again. Thank you staff at Aspen Dental.

After some scheduling issues and time management issues Aspen reached out to me to apologize for their time management and assured me that they would work on the issue. Obviously they care about their customers. Things fall through the cracks and stuff happens from time to time.

Had the best visit a few days ago. Staff were so friendly, helpful, and made me feel so comfortable. Explaining everything in detail. Brenna was so wonderful and made me feel she really cared about my situation and made sure I understood everything. She is truly a keeper. They better never let her go. Dr. M blew me away by scooping out the excess impression material so that I would not gag. I have never had a dentist go above and beyond like that. She was very honest with how my situation would work with dentures because of how my bone was pretty much gone and gums have shrunk a lot. The check out - finance person I do not recall her name but she was very kind and helpful. The check in lady was also very nice as well as the person who did my cancer screening. I never had such a great experience in my life and I have had dentures made many times in my lifetime. Thank you Aspen dental staff!

Pay attention to your bill! I was being charged for a future visit that I did not have yet. I had multiple last minute cancellations (THEY cancelled). There are two doctors there, (a married couple). The female had the tendency to speak in a loud and rude tone. My last visit there she spoke to me like a child, I decided that would be my last time there otherwise I would be asked to leave.

I loved it, very sweet and courteous staff. Made me feel very relaxed and comfy even when I was in extreme pain. (Pain was very short while) I will recommend to everyone!!

This was my very first dentist visit since I have been an adult, I'm 26, so I was nervous and scared for what the exam would entail. The staff and doctor was very nice and helpful and everything was explained to me in great detail. I will definitely be making this my regular dentist office.

I had my first two appointments with Aspen Dental today. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office in my life. It was a welcoming, informative and encouraging atmosphere. 10/10 would get a cleaning again

Love Aspen Dental, they are my family. They do a amazing job, the Hygienist Sarah was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and her music soothed my nerves. The dental assistants are amazing & sweet, the front desk do a amazing job in explaining prices & working with you financially thankful for that!

My daughter is in the process of having a dental implant. Dr. S. Kanagarla and his assistant Lea have been super nice and professional. The process is going nicely and we're happy with the results this far.
