I had a wisdom tooth that had grown in place of another molar years ago, but at this time it had a cavity and was starting to abcess so I didn't want to hassle with infection and pain. Quick and easy procedure. Dr. Ly was accommodating and empathetic.

I previously wrote a review on here about Aspen and it was good. After all of the work I have to say I don't like changing my review but I need too. I went through a lot from the pain of feeling of all my teeth being pulled and jaw being grinded without being numb. Yes I felt it all. My wife had to leave the room with the shaking I was going through. My full dentures still won't work . After consulting two other dentist my jaw line is uneven my dentures one is too big one is too small and have to go back into surgery to fix gum line so another set can be made to fit. 12,000 dollars /yes no mistake I'm dealing with for services that were extremely painful and costly and never working. Great service Huh. Oh it's costing me now another $6000 somewhere else to get them redone + surgery cost. Last time I went into Aspen I had the notion that I was annoying them because I had to keep coming back. Definitely a huge change from stating the process. Hopefully someone has better visits and don't have to lose out on the money my wife and I did.

Drove over 50 minutes for them to tell me I don't have an appointment Then proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do and that I should never call the call center to make an appointment well that's not my problem that's aspen dentals problem and if the call center don't work then DO SOMETHING About it. I would be a little bit happier if they atleast tried and squeeze me in my appointment was an emergency I have severe abcess with broke tooth they told me I can drive to Hanover location in pa which is over 2 hours why would I even waste my time when I drove 50 mins for you guys to tell me I didn't have an appointment.

The first set of x-rays and exam was free, which was what caught my attention. However, after the x-rays there was no exam. The dentist didnt even look in my mouth once. He checked the x-rays, gave me a couple sentences about areas of concern in the pictures and had to move on because of the busy schedule. I was then given a price on services to come back for and told to have a great day. The people were friendly but other than the office manager no one really seemed like they cared. No feeling of compassionate care. Ive since settled on another office in the area where you feel like youre being cared for by medical professionals that aim to help their patients rather than processed, quoted, and shown the door. Cant complain too much for a free appointment, but I'll definitely pay the price for quality care. Didnt leave a great first impression.

Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER be returning. I got a filling done on 2 of my front teeth at Aspen. I returned a couple of months later because I had a lot of pain in one of the teeth that had been filled and my face was swollen. The dentist did absolutely nothing--he moved my filling down and told me to come back in 2 weeks if I was still in pain. I went into another dentist to get a 2nd opinion--come to find out, they had caused nerve damage when they did my fillings. My tooth was super infected and I now have to go get a root canal! I have never been treated so poorly. Aspen does not care about their patients at all. I would never recommend coming here!

Welcome to Aberdeen Dr. Duong Ly. From the minute I met Dr. Ly, the professionalism and leadership was evident. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable in his craft. He explained all procedures in detail as he provided care. His demeanor was that of kindness and empathy, and he projected the sense that he generally cared for the patients under his care. The positive environment is evident as you enter the office and can be directly attributed to the leadership displayed by Dr. Ly. The staff deserves a major shout out for their professionalism and the very personable behavior they render to their patients. I highly recommend, that all perspective patients consider Aspen Dental (Aberdeen, SD) for their dental care. Went in for x-rays and an exam. I usually hate going to the dentist, but staff was extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. The Dr was friendly and efficient - we made a dental plan and I'm actually not completely terrified to go back. Best dentist experience I've had.

What an amazing first visit and impression!!!! From when I first walked in, I felt like I was at the right place. The Dr., Louis, and Amy, are all very professional and extremely personable. I would highly recommend, any and all to go to Aspen Dental (Aberdeen, SD). Definitely found my Dentist and his amazing staff. Thanks again Aspen Dental, Aberdeen SD.

I have been a dental patient at A pen Dental for several years. The Dentist pressures you to have work done that is not necessary. This office is one you should not go to.

I absolutely love this place! The visit was so friendly, and the staff treat you like family instead of money! I would recommend Aspen Dental if you are looking for a great dentist. 5 out of 5 stars. I am going again

wouldn't even give them a star, it's been nothing but crazy since i've been going there. it's always dirty the staff is rude and snotty. they are never on the same page it's always this n this and then it never happens.

Making an appointment was easy-I did it online. This allowed me to cross reference their availabilities with my schedule. I walked into an extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I thoroughly enjoyed EVERY person I came into contact with. I can't wait until my next appointment so i can review their work.

Over priced. Says you need more done to your teeth than what you actually do. Doctor said I need to cut out all sugars. Needed 5 crowns at the age of 11. Went to another dentist I only needed 5 fillings.

Aspen dental was so prompt in getting me in and reviewing my teeth and getting a plan together because of all my auto immune diseases. The outcome made me very sad personally for my own self because of auto immune diseases drying my mouth but the dentist had a wonderful plan and I'll start this journey with removing some teeth and getting ready to do dentures even though not all my teeth are bad but they will go bad so I'll start this new journey on November 4 of this year to make sure my smile will be preserved. Everyone was friendly and understanding and made me feel like a person not a number. Most awesome team I've ever met.Thank you for making this journey not feel like a punishment but rather a new page to turn in a book

Lost all of its good people. The new dentist brings back all the reasons I've hated going to the dentist. His bed side manner is terrible, he talks around the patient 90% of the time, and half of what he does finally say to the patient is mumbled. It took over 2 hours for a teeth cleaning when it used to take 45, ridiculous. I was a patient for years but I'll never go back
