This is the place to go if you want to be treated like a bank account and not a person. I went in for a dental emergency, but the dentist had different priorities. I'm in PAIN and all he wanted to do was lecture me, push unneeded extras like cancer screening and schedule a cleaning.

Bay city Aspen has been a game changer since the beginning. I was originally at the Midland location and was scheduled to have all my top teeth removed and dentures put in. When I showed up the doors were locked and nobody would take my calls. Bay city took care of everything and I didn't have to reschedule. Thankfully I upgraded to the comfilytes which are night and day difference. On a Sunday evening I busted a front tooth off my dentures. I called them at 9am and they got me scheduled to come in the same day at 11am they were wonderful. My dentures were fixed and ready for pickup up by 3pm the same day and at no additional cost. Thank you to all the ladies at this location. You've all given me my smile back!

Overall, I definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bay City. I love my hygienist Carrie. She is super fun to talk to when I come in for cleanings and answers any questions I have with solid answers and advice. And she always has the best music going! My brother and I both have her set as our preferred hygienist. :) I started using an Oral B electric toothbrush on her recommendation and they are so worth the money! Their product recommendations are legitimate and not just a ploy to get money. The right tools really do make a huge difference. My teeth are in such better shape than when I first started going to Aspen. I will say I am not a huge fan of all the dentists. Their bed side manner is not the greatest (thought not bad either) from the ones I have had. There is one dentist I have not had yet that I have heard is really good. But they do good work, work with you on pricing as much as they can, and it is easy to get an appointment if you can get past that part.

Aspen people are all very friendly and very professional. I have been a patient with Aspen several years and have never been dissatisfied. This visit required an injection before starting work. There was no pain during the injection, and the work was done relatively pain-free. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of dental care

I,m not satisfied with my temporary plate i. Went to aspen because they advertised same day dental, well it's been 2 months and I still have not been able to wear my plate, its to large, they did something to it today, then told me to put a lot of fifx a dent on it, I still can't talk or eat with it in, I said this morning that I might as well throw them away, the answer I got was what you do after you leave is up to you, terribly disappointed

I don't know everyone's name at Delta Dental Bay City, but if I did I would list all of you as being professional, friendly, caring and human. Dr. Patel and Dr. Perry really rock that place. Ken, Maddie, the professionals in the front office...they all deserve thanks and gratitude. (Maddie has a good singing voice)

I called the phone number from Google and got a remote lady who does the scheduling. She was so friendly and helpful. She got me a appointment for the next day at the office I wanted. From the time I arrived at their office in Bay City till the time I left, they was the friendliest and most helpful group of people ever. What a GREAT team!! I would most definitely recommend them. Thank you to their entire staff!!

I'm 48 and I don't have the greatest teeth I've had plenty of extractions,root canals,infected and swollen! That was the most pain I think I've ever experienced from a shot to numb you up think she shoot it into the nerve instead of around the nerve it was a broken tooth but not infected idk what happened then when I left the numbing went away after 15mins then full fledged pain barely made it home!! And no pain medication she said take over the counter which would have been fine except the pain i got from it would have been nice to have rolled around in my bed with uncontrollable pain for 2 hours until i got enough ibuprofen and Tylenol in meThe people seemed nice but idk about that dentist's ability to give shots won't be back there that's all I got to say about that

My husband went in today for a tooth extraction, told him they would send in prescriptions for him .. this was around noon. I work at said pharmacy. We never got anything and he now sits here in pain at 8 at night. Tried calling the office he was told we will send it in when we are done with all of the patients.. how is this okay?!?!? For some people Tylenol and ibuprofen don't work as it should . No one should have to sit here miserable because an office can't do there job.

After confirming my appointment for multiple days I showed up 15 minutes early as instructed. As I walked in the receptionist shook her head at me with a rotten look on her face asking "Why are you here?". I told here I was here for my appointment, she preceded to lie and say I never had an appointment. As she pretended to fiddle with her computer for a moment I proceeded to show her my email confirming my appointment. Once her little act was up she was embarrassed and told me that she was going to walk to the back off the building and "kill herself" (very unprofessional). This all occurred because the doctor tried to cancel my appointment at the very last minute. I have had 4 different people tell me bad things about Aspen Dental. In additional to this experience I just mentioned, the Midland Aspen Dental try to double bill me for my wisdom tooth extraction. I would rate this place zero stars out of five if possible. Avoid this shady business at all costs.

Very rude and very Unprofessional!!!!!. This is on several occasions. They're in it for wasting people's time. Mount Pleasant is worth the drive.Very opposite of this place. Manager is out of line and lies

The only person worth anything is the financing manager Ken. He is super helpful and informative. Everyone else is to preoccupied with themselves to actually 'care' about a patient. Im not impressed with the services offered. They certainly don't make you feel warm and welcome; actually its more like you're a hassle. I don't recommend but If you have the cash they will fit you in right away, for an emergency.

literally got me and took care of my problem the same day and got me an appointment the very next week to take care of other important things! ALL of the staff is very friendly and helpful. you will not regret it. thank you all for the help!!!

I have visited many dentists in my 65 years, but Dr. Devonshire Patel, at Bay City, is by far the best I've seen. She is friendly, kind, and concerned with your level of comfort, at all times. Her work is top quality and professional. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, as well. If you get your teeth cleaned by their hygienist, Carrie, you can listen to music of your choice! Not to mention having a great conversation! Going to the dentist here, is not the dreaded visit most people experience. Thank you Bay City Aspen Dental!!!
