For anyone who is thinking of going to this dentist, I would strongly consider finding another office. A couple days ago I made an appointment on the phone with the receptionist. She asked me what day would work best for me, and I specifically said Wednesday (since I worked all the other days). She set the appointment for Wednesday morning. At the end of the call, I double checked to confirm the appointment on Wednesday morning. The receptionist said yes, the appointment was on Wednesday morning. I put my appointment in my calendar immediately. I show up Wednesday morning for my appointment and the receptionist says she can't find me on the schedule. Another receptionist heard this and came over to see what was happening. Then she looks at me and says, "Are you the new patient? Yeah your appointment was yesterday and you never showed up." I knew this was not true because I confirmed the appointment multiple times on the phone, and she specifically told me Wednesday, NOT Tuesday. They treated me in a rude and condescending way, and I will not be coming back.

I cracked a few teeth and had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. On the day of my appointment I got tied up on a few last minute things and was late by 10mins and Ashman Dental would not see me. The front desk assistant was extremely rude telling me how I would not have time to fill my insurance info out, I explained that I was a cash paying patient and asked if I could fill the paperwork out after the appointment. She stated that all the paperwork had to be done prior to the appointment and me being half and hour late was prohibiting me from being seen. I showed her the time on my phone and it was only 15mins past my scheduled appointment time. She said she didn't want to argue and that I was not going to be seen. My family have been patients of Dr. Ashman for a few years but will no longer be returning due to the lack of care by Dr.Ashman's staff. On a side note, I walked next door to, Stoneheaven Dental, and was seen within 10minutes including filling out their new patient paperwork.

I have known Ashman since I was little for as long as I can remember but recently his office environment is a toxic place for me to step into especially with his front office ladies, especially when it come to the finances. I paid my whole bill through the phone before my appointment and always ask whoever is one the phone to send me my receipt/statement for my records and they never do as far as I have experienced! ( I guess they're are disorganized) but when I went in they wanted to charge me again when I told Aimee I have paid before coming in and all and was with attitude the whole time. Aimee who I spoke to in person/phone is aggressive when she is approached with an uneasy situation that makes her job what she calls "difficult" and gives attitude rather than handling it with professionalism.

Went in for a root canal and was in intense pain for a week after. Went back and was prescribed antibiotics incase of infection, but pain persisted. Had to have another root canal then finally the pain was gone and I was on my way. Then not even six months later, the cap on my tooth fell off. So the MONTH I spent in pain after getting a routine root canal was for nothing! Never going back to this place.

Dr. Ashman is a great dentist; I've been seeing him for years now. When I lived out of state I couldn't find a dentist that was even close to Dr. Ashman so I traveled to Utah for my appointments. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. He does quality work and is a good price.

Wonderful Dentist with AWFUL staff. They charted a dental emergency I had over a weekend as a "toothache" so they didn't have to fit me in on the end of the day. I ended up needing oral surgery from their charted "toothache" and when I called I never mentioned a toothache I specifically told them my gaw split but no... it was just a toothache :)

I am so pleased with this office! Everyone is so incredibly nice and on the ball. They listen to their patients needs and are honest but also conservative with their treatment. I would recommend this office to everyone from all ages.

Dr Ashman has been soo helpful with all my needs. Best dentist I've ever had. All of the employees are so sweet and so helpful. Highly recommend!!

This dental place is amazing I walk into the building and I felt like I was in a dream I got called pretty quickly to go back and the lady was so awesome she deserves a pay raise She was friendly nice and all the sudden as I got onto the chair she pulls out a remote and gives me it and I look up and there's a tv ohhhhhhhh boy let me tell you their service was the best and the view was on point it was Gucci I felt like a rich man in heaven there and I'm still here writing this I'm amazed good job Ashman dental hats off to you

Dr. Ashman is an excellent dentist! All of the hygienists are very nice and friendly. There is hardly any wait time, and I have never had a problem with this office. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Tyler is my favorite. I've been seeing him for over 20 years and currently we have 3 generations going to this office. Wonderful staff and they've always got the newest technology as well. Who really wants to come back and get a permanent crown put on? Why not watch it being made and only have one appointment? And the laser drill has been amazing for my toddlers fillings.
