Dr. Chanda Ashley grew up in Nelson County, VA and graduated from Nelson County High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Dr. Ashley completed dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. She graduated magna cum laude earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Dr. Ashley continued her education at VCU School of Dentistry, completing a one-year advanced residency program in general dentistry.
Dr. Chanda Ashley was accepted into the nationally recognized Orthodontic Residency Program at the University of Connecticut in Farmington, Connecticut. After three years of orthodontic training, Dr. Ashley earned a postdoctoral certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Dental Science (MDS).

This growth can be accomplished with an orthodontic appliance known as a palatal expander.

What a fantastic environment. My daughter looks forward to her appointments with Dr. Ashley and her staff. Everyone is so friendly, Peanut is a great addition and new swag at each appointment is always fun! Most importantly, I am completely confident in the services my daughter is receiving.

I love Ashley Orthodontics! A friend of mine recommended them to me when I mentioned that I was thinking about getting braces and I'm glad she did. They are professional and friendly and explained my treatment plan thoroughly before hand. Affordable and flexible payment plans. And you never have to wait. If your appointment is at 10:30, you are back there at 10:30. Very enjoyable atmosphere and the staff makes you feel comfortable and know you by name. The ONLY place to go for your orthodontic needs!!
