Super friendly and caring staff! #CoVidClean and sanitized! Professional, yet family orientated! Appointments are ON TIME! This is our family dentist! 3 generation! The entire staff is AMAZING! I was a new patient and scheduled for crown procedure one morning, I woke up and tested positive for covid so I called to reschedule and they told me that they have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and I couldn't reschedule my appointment. I don't know how I'm supposed to know that I'll have covid 48 hours in advance of having covid symptoms......that's a strange cancellation policy. Especially for a patient who has never cancelled before

I can't express enough ..how very happy . grateful..and satisfied I am..and have been since walking into Ashland Dental Care...I had been to two other dentist prior..was extremely disappointed in the denture I required and the craftsmanship was laughable....plz plz anyone reading this ..check out Ashland Dental...from the moment u walk in...Bella is so good at her position...pleasant .and she quickly checks ins..will provide costs...any n all information u need...crystal is also great...then MY DENTIST.. Dr. Saad..!! So kind...very focused..and professional...he doesn't rush thru his work...and he is handsome too ..I really can't express enough how happy I am..I love my teeth..and I smile again..... ty to all who work together as a great team at Ashland Dental Care...run ..don't walk there...if you want to b happy with your denture .teeth .and any other procedure...check them out..very grateful...

The entire staff at Ashland Dental are wonderful. Bella is personable and welcoming. Chris is an outstanding dental hygienist, All my questions were answered prior to the visit and I was asked to come a few minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. The New Patient Dental Membership Plan is great. The plan was developed to make high quality dental care accessible to patients who do not have dental insurance. I have a Blue Cross Saphire Medicare plan without Dental Insurance. Dr. Saad spent a lot of time with me. He is personable, gentle and kind. The officer has a traditional style with plenty of parking.

Pondering the other reviews, I either was at a different practice or it was a very bad day. Painful is how I would describe my visit and I didn't have anything done but pictures. The front desk staff and hygienists were lovely. However, the doc told one of my sons that he needed Invisalign and the roots of his teeth wets shortened as a result of being moved to quickly ( his braces were a fortune and removed less than a year ago). My other son, who suffers from social anxiety, was told that the white spots on his teeth would never go away even when his braces are removed. He inquired if he had seen a dentist before (he has-regularly, but takes a medication that causes dry mouth that can make it harder to avoid cavities. I was told that he wouldn't discuss cosmetic work until my oral hygiene improved (I barely survived an eating disorder that did extensive damage to the enamel of my teeth). And I had food in my teeth! I know a lot of people find the dentist to be uncomfortable but this visit bordered on traumatizing. I can deal with how I was made to feel but my kids have enough as teens that can assault their psyches. They should not feel bad leaving the dentist. Dr.Saad , do no harm!

I was welcomed with open arms! Girls were amazing and thorough with details , friendly and compassionate! Dr. Saad was sweet and kind ! I was so happy and relieved when i left !
