Drs. Joseph and Ilenne Noetzel graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry and each have more than 20 years of clinical experience. They also both completed a one year postdoctoral general practice residence in Chicago, IL with an emphasis in oral medicine and complex dental rehabilitation.

Dr. Ilenne believes that dentistry is more than a transactionits spending time helping those she cares for become healthy. Thats why she loves creating meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients. She hopes to help her patients understand that they are in complete control of their health, and that the decisions they make now will affect their future in a tangible way. Dr. Ilenne is certified in ReCODE 2.0.

Dr. Joe feels honored to be able to have a meaningful and significant impact on his patients oral and complete health and to work with the amazing and dedicated Ashland Dental and Wellness Center team members. He is passionate about discovering the root causes of dental disease and sharing his knowledge with his patients so they can reduce and eliminate their risk of chronic dental and overall disease.

Dr. Mike Fagan has practiced dentistry in Chicago Heights since 1979, after graduating from the Loyola University School of Dentistry. His favorite part of dentistry is spending time with great people, staff, and patients.

For more than 40 years, Dr. Fagan has worked to treat his patients in a caring and pleasant manner, understanding that each person has individual needs that require his full attention. He hopes to help his patients understand that their mouths will get out the effort that they put in.

Dr. Fagan is a member and past president of the Chicago Heights Lions Club and serves on the Chicago Dental Society Mediation and Peer Review committees. He is an active member of the St. James Hospital Regional Board, having served four years as its chairman.

Michelle enjoys helping patients achieve a beautiful, healthy smile. Shes seen first-hand how treatments for bacteria and inflammation in the mouth (like PerioProtect) and screening for sleep apnea can help support a healthy body and enable patients to enjoy greater health.

Margos favorite part of her job is seeing the transformation in patients smiles and lives. As the oral-systemic connection is appearing in dentistry and medical professions, she is proud to help patients understand the connection between their mouth and the rest of their body.

Laurie loves getting to know her patients on a personal level and teaching them how to achieve the best oral hygiene possible. She wants patients to know that you are what you eat! Overall health is key to keeping all of your teeth, and keeping your teeth and gums clean makes your whole body healthier.

Amandas favorite thing about dentistry is improving peoples lives and building relationships with patients. She wants patients to know that no matter their current oral condition, it is never too late to get on the right track and stay there for the rest of their life.

With over 30 years of experience, Ana loves connecting with people and helping them feel less nervous about coming to the dentist. She enjoys seeing how people look and feel after treatment and is committed to helping people understand the dangers of oral bacteria.

Teresa likes to help others by helping them get healthy and become happy through the process. She wants to share the knowledge that your mouth is connected to your body with all of her patients. What affects your mouth affects your entire body.

Jessica enjoys changing the way people think about their teeth and giving them new ways to improve and maintain their smile. She likes to help her patients learn about the importance of oral health and how it relates to and impacts the rest of their body.

Lauren loves helping patients create a beautiful, healthy smile that fits into their lifestyle. She knows the mouth is the gateway for harmful bacteria to enter the body, so shes excited to share with Ashlands patients the importance of oral health.

Blanca loves to see the change in confidence patients have when they are pleased with their new smile. She is thrilled that the Ashland Dental and Wellness Center teaches patients about the strong correlation between gum disease and other health issues.

A National Board Certified and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Julie Luby has a background in food science and nutrition, including three decades as a product development leader in the food industry. While studying at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Julie was introduced to the Bredesen Protocol and learned how a functional medicine approach can be used to improve cognition and overall health. With a family member experiencing cognitive decline at the same time, she was inspired and filled with hope to learn that cognitive decline and Alzheimers dementia may be prevented or reversed in the early stages.

With a history of Alzheimers Disease on both sides of her family, Julie is passionate about doing all she can to optimize the health of her brain and body and considers it a rare privilege to help others do the same.

Dr. Silvia Panitch incorporates both western and eastern modalities in the treatment of her patients, and believes that many diseases are lifestyle related and can be prevented and reversed. She is Associate Medical Director and a member of the board of Ravenswood Physician Associates, an independent physician association, and is frequently sought for speaking engagements by medical organizations and local communities. Topics have included brain health, dementia, female health, menopause, osteoporosis, preventive medicine, emotional issues, heart disease, diabetes and others. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Silvias interests include healthy cooking, weight training, and spending time with her family (including her dog!) and friends. Dr. Panitch is also a USCIS Certified Civil Surgeon for patients requiring medical examinations for US admittance.
