I had a great experience. My anxiety was through the roof and I was crying before they even called me to the back. But they reassured me everything will be fine. I don't remember much. But I had to get 4 teeth extracted. My only concern was the lady up front that sits facing the television. She was quite rude and part of the reason I was even more anxious this morning. I was unaware that I needed to bring identification even though I asked if I needed anything when scheduling my appointment and I was told no. Just a ride home. Other than that I would recommend this place for any dental surgery!! Love the energy but not the cold room haha!!! Thank you Dr. Stefan and other staff who helped me through this process. Great first impression!

Patient care here is seriously lacking. They literally poured my son from a wheelchair into my car without so much as talking to me, told him all he "needed to know" PRIOR to putting him to sleep and basically through him out the back door after surgery. No follow up call, nothing. If you want oral surgery in the style of "collecting groceries from Walmart" then this is your place. Wish I'd read these reviews and gone elsewhere.

I went here yesterday for a wisdom tooth removal and yes I had an appointment at 1 and was seen at 2 I am not complaining at all I would wait 4 hours if I had too.. he did an excellent job! I am in no pain whatsoever today, sore but that's to be expected. Would recommend! As far as people commenting about not being able to eat for so long before its absurd... I guess people don't understand being under anesthesia can make u really sick if you have ate.. and not to mention you could aspirate into your lungs and that would be way worse than not eating!!!

My son who has Autism and Tourette's had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. He is extremely fearful of needles and has anxiety about medical offices in general. He was treated well by all of the staff. He was informed every step off the procedure. Dr. Simoncic was aware of my son's anxiety and reassured him through the whole process. The appointment coordinator, front desk staff, and discharge nurse were all extremely nice and welcoming. We were told before the appointment it could take up to 3-4 hours. We were there for approximately 2 hours total. I'm sure the time varies patient to patient depending on circumstances. All in all I give this office 5 stars and would recommend.

Appt at 12. My son (who is 28 or I would have left!) got sedation. They put an IV in and he waited like that for over 2 HOURS! I have 2 stars instead of 1 simply because my son didn't feel any pain and they were somewhat nice. But over 2 hours waiting in the exam room with an IV on? No thanks.

Trust all the 1 star reviews and go somewhere else. Broke my molar in half during wisdom tooth extraction, called the next day to inform them, was given an appointment where I was told I should probably go get that taken care of soon and they weren't at fault. Only giving 1 star because there isn't an option for none.

My wife went in for a bone spur removal. Over 1200 dollars later she is still in tremendous pain and no meds sent home. They are saying their computers are down and will not answer the phone. Dr. was rather rough on her gums as well. No manners.

They tell you in advance that the wait can be up to 4 hours before being called back so the bad reviews about wait times are redundant and idiotic to be honest. If you're upset that a surgeon doesn't rush through his patients just because you dont want to wait then that speaks volumes about you not the surgeon. I have severe dentophobia after some horrible experiences elsewhere and let them know about it as soon as they called me back and they did everything they could to calm me down and get me relaxed. I'm a big baby when it comes to mouth pain and was freaking out because I thought it would be worse then it was considering I was getting NINETEEN(19) teeth extracted. The guy told me that it would hurt for a couple of days but the pain wouldn't be bad and to my surprise he was right. They told me to take Tylenol or ibuprofen and to put ice on my face and that's literally all I needed. Opioids definitely aren't needed so I do commend them for not prescribing them left and right with the epidemic they have. When Dr Simoncic came in he asked about my neuromuscular disease to make sure I wasn't about to take anything that would progress my disability with the sedation medicine, explained my procedure and what he was going to do and then did what he was supposed to and I can't be happier. It'll be 2 weeks on the 28th since my surgery and the only issue I have had is a bone spurt (which is normal when you have extensive extractions) and it's slowly working itself out. I want to thank Dr Simoncic and his staff for everything they've done to help me get my smile back and can't wait to go back and show them what they made possible!

After waiting for five hours we left without being seen. The appointment was scheduled. After inquiring about emergencies causing delays they said there had been no emergencies and that waiting that long was not uncommon (at the 3.5 hour mark). We weren't the first to walk out. We won't be back.

Very untrustworthy, unprofessional & uncaring wouldn't recommend, plenty of other/way better options in the area. Please go elsewhere!

I'm not a big fan of having my teeth messed with but I won't complain today. The doctor did a fine job and the staff was friendly. I really hope to never need oral surgery again but if I do I will be back.

My autistic son was referred to this office to have his wisdom teeth extracted. I made it very clear up front that he was autistic and was told that was no problem. His appointment was at 8 am and I was told in advance to expect to be there 2 to 4 hours. After completing all the paperwork, we were finally put into a room about an hour later. We waited another 45 minutes for the doctor to finally come in. He immediately grabbed my son's arm to begin the IV without trying to establish any type of relationship first and despite being told he has a fear of needles. He basically tried to strong arm my son and scolded him for being difficult. No, Dr. Simoncic, you were being difficult! Your office schedules too many patients at the same time and then you try to run through all of them without any care or concern for their well-being. Needless to say, we left and my son will be having the procedure done elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

It was alright , funny they ask for your credit card right before extracting teeth while you're in the chair. I guess in today's society they have to. Doctor was cool, not talkative too much but neither am I. He was friendly. Staff is friendly. Just a dental office, the building is very nice, new, and clean. It'd be nice if the American dental insurance system changed a bit. I only had one wisdom tooth out. I'd trust them to do my work whenever, good luck getting an appointment in Greensboro if that is your preference, even at a regular dentist. I live in Asheboro, it was extremely convenient and quick in the afternoon.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Was told to be there at 9am and may be 2-3 hours. Okay cool, arrange my friend to bring me( who we both from out of town) and get there, taken back at 10 for x ray, get put in room, blood pressure cuff on, IV started, HR monitor on, ready to go. Sat there in the room over two hours, no one checking on me or anything. I got up to see what time it was, and had been there 3 hours already at this point. Asked a lady who was walking down the hall how much longer it would be, and she asked and it was going to be ANOTHER hour and a half!!!!!!!!! I took everything off and went to the front desk. The ladies were not apologetic AT ALL. Acted like it was my fault, and said "we told you it could be 2-3 hours!" Yeah I've done sat here 3, and still wasn't going to be in until another hour and half! For a three minute procedure! Do not waste your time, or money at this place!!!!!!!!!

Beware, a $200+ consultation fee is required that does not apply towards your bill and is non-refundable. Never have I been to a doctors office where they charge a consultation fee. Very deceiving and would not recommend anyone to this practice. Run away fast. Common practice is to get your insurance information and let you know what you are expected to pay, they are the opposite. They charge $200+ and then tell you the cost and will not refund your $200+.

Had to come in and get a good amount of teeth extracted. Did great work! Fiance healed up nicely and was in and out in exceptional time.

After waiting over 2 months to be seen here finally got seen and got stuck waiting in a freezing cold room with monitors and an IV hooked up to me not once in the hour I was sitting there waiting did anyone check on me ... then when the surgeon finally arrived I was told that they couldn't do my extraction without doing a cat scan on my mouth which my insurance doesn't cover costing over $400... I'm not a poor person but I'm also not employed right now and with Christmas being a few weeks away I couldn't afford to pay for a cat scan. They told me the surgeon said he would do it at a discounted price half off.... first of all wouldn't you think because of the inconvenience and miscommunication that should be compisated?! Horrible terrible experience never again... wish there were dentists out there that actually cared and had compassion not just out for your money.. shame on them!
