Our team also works together with local pediatricians to provide dental health information for the community.

At Ashby Park Pediatric Dentistry, our dentists are focused specifically on the unique dental needs of children. My daughter has Autism. She had surgery yesterday at the Anderson office. The staff was awesome, patience and kind. Dr. Matt was amazing he explained everything that took place and gave me some great suggestions going forward.

I wanted to say a thank you to Cherie.She is always so patient to work with all four of my kids that go here.I would recommend anyone to come here.She took the time to work with my youngest son and help him feel comfortable with his teeth cleaning.

I used to love this place and recommended to a lot of people but today I had the worst experience. I had an appointment at 4pm and called to ask if I can be late like 10 minutes, the receptionist was kind of rude and said no, you have to be here exactly at 4, rushing I get on time, they called everybody and after waiting almost an hour they said they have to reschedule bc they didn't know the doctor was gone, I'm sorry but what professional does that? so after an hour you come out to tell me that? we as parents have to do a lot of things in order to get to appointments, they made me feel like their time is more valuable than mine and that's not professional at all. Stay away from places like this!

My child had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I took time off, and scheduled all of my other appointments around her dental appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow. I received a call around 2:45 that the doctor is out on leave. She has been waiting on this appointment for over a month to get this dental procedure done, and now they pushed it out to the end of November so she will have to wait nearly two more months. I don't know what it is but the energy in this place seems different, maybe it's the change in dentists here, or management; I just know I was not fond of this place after my child had her last cleaning. They notify you at the ELEVENTH HOUR that your appointment is cancelled, and if you have an appointment they may not even tell you they are closed. I definitely will be looking for a new dentist which is what I should've done long before now.

Very clean, kid friendly, fast (definitely appreciate the prompt service and care, and not having to wait), and friendly staff. This dentist office runs very smoothly. They are fully staffed so that check-in through check-out goes very smoothly and quickly. They have every area fully staffed from check-in, dental assistants, x-ray technicians, dentists (yes, they have few dentists there at the same time), and check-out. I love the fact that I can take my children to a dental appointment and not have to wait a long time to be seen; it's in-and-out. My children have been seen by 3 different dentists and they all have been knowledgeable and good. I suppose you can ask for the same dentist, but I didn't do this only because all the dentist my children have seen has been good. Open Monday-Thursday from 8-4:30 Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are 2 locations: Greenville & Easley Bonus: Kids get a small toy/trinket on the way out. Small but kids love it! Thank you!

We have been going here since my 18yr was 4yrs old. My youngest has had a tooth killing her. We have been waiting 3 months for a root canal. I called and left a message that we haven't heard anything and her tooth is really bothering her. No call back. Then procedes to send an appointment reminder for a filling. I called to cancel it. Then they procede and email and text We missed our appointment. But still not a word about a specialist. They just DO NOT seem to care anymore!! You'll be getting a call for our records from a new family dentist. Hopefully you'll actually pick up the phone this time or even listen to your vm messages!! Very rude service lately and don't seem to care at all.

I like the people but SOMETHING I REALLY HATE !!! About this place is the fact that I have appointments and sometimes they don't tell me when they are not open and this is not the first time they have done this today I had appointment at 8:00 am and I got there at 7:45 and no ever came I DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 8:45 THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS , in fact this my 3RD TIME and it's really frustrating . Plz let me know when your close

Called today to try to schedule the appointment for my son. I wanted to get the Second opinion and the receptionist on the phone was pretty annoyed with my questions. I have asked if they are in Network with my Insurance, she said she would not know that until I come and check in. Then she started asking me about my personal Information before confirming if they are in network with my insurance or not. Then she said yes we are but I can't tell you if we are in Network with them for sure. While going back and forth to try to schedule this appt she mentioned that they are all booked for the next month and a half. Disappointing!

My 4 year old has been to 3 dentist in her life & this is the best one yet! She has been going here for about 2 years now, and they are also so kind and patient with her. My daughter has had terrible experiences in the past with other dentist where they have held her down and made her scream and not even let us go back with her, but that is not the case at all with this dentist. They are always patient with her, and instead of holding her down and scaring her they have used laughing has on her, and even put her to sleep one time for a lot of cavaties she had to have done, and she did great. I couldn't recommend this dentist enough after the other bad experiences we have had at other dentist! My daughter always feels so safe and comfortable here and it means a lot to us!

My first visit and I'm in love with the service provided. I had to drive 3 hours away but it's so worth it and I wouldn't dare go back to a local dentist office. Speedy service, excellent w/ kids and parents, wonderful with empathizing and understanding. 20 out 10 recommended! The only hiccup is introduction - tell me your name and who are you are - that means a lot to a parent like me; other than that - ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
