We had 1.5 years that went smoothly with them and then they lost their doctor- stopped rescheduling and quit returning phone calls. My daughters last two adjustments have been put off a month plus and this last one they refuse to return calls. They sent an email weeks ago that they're getting everyone rescheduled in the next two weeks then radio silence. I've had to dispute the amount paid since finding a new orthodontist requires full payment even though half the job is done leaving us high and dry. Front desk help is useless. Nobody is overseeing the negligence. Requesting a supervisor to call multiple times with no return. 1 star .

The check i. receptionist has 2 screens in front of her so you only see her forehead and some of her eyes. I went back with my son and wasn't greeted or given a chair to sit down. The hygienist was headed to a fire and rushed the entire time. The dentist was new to is but the only pleasant employee there.

I loved the dentist the staff inside was great. Unfortunately I've hit some bad times and I've been trying to reach someone to see about getting caught up. The young girl at the desk is forever saying "our office manager is out right now" I've called every day for about 2 weeks and same thing. I've left messages and sent emails. Even did a appointment online. Tried to do one by phone but this young lady put me on hold then came back hung up and will not answer the phone. I would have definitely given a 5 but I just want help and to speak with someone who can help..

I would not recommend. The orthodontists are not on the same page in the Greenville or Easley office. This can become very confusing. Receptionist is not accommodating when it comes to emergencies. This used to be a very personal practice when my two boys went through, but not with my daughter, it's a disorganized mess. Edit to add :Dr Papio is no longer with the practice and that is when everything went down hill. My daughter is going through Invisalign and she is just weeks away from her final, straight retainer. We were just told a few days ago when we went to have attachments put back on, that she will most likely need new scans when she's done and don't worry about the attachment. So confused because orthodontist in Greenville office says attachments need to be on to keep the retainers tight. Drove all the way to Easley (45 mins) to have the orthodontist say don't worry about it. Ashby park needs to get it together. Please, peoples smiles are in your hands.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has truly gone down hill since my son got to the end of his treatment. Things were great in the beginning but now it seems like since they've been paid in full they don't really care about him as a patient. I called several times and emailed needing to speak with someone regarding scheduling and my son's treatment plan going forward and I have yet to be contacted. They have the rudest girl ever answering the phones, it's hard to even call because I don't want to argue with someone when just trying to get information. She told me she'd reach out to my son's dentist to get x-rays sent over and would call me back but it never happened even after months of waiting. I really don't understand how people conduct business this way because the last time I checked it's unethical to stop treatment on a patient without notice and cause. I wouldn't recommend anyone here after being just discarded after spending good money here.
