Dr. Nikkhah graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2000 and has been practicing dentistry in the Northern Virginia area and Maryland ever since. Dr. Nikkhah opened our office in Sterling, VA in 2002 and now practices in both Sterling and Ashburn, VA.
Dr. Nikkhah's main objective is informing patients and guiding them to making great decisions about their oral health. With years of experience in both private practice and in the Army, Dr. Nikkhah has extensive knowledge on all aspects of dentistry and has taken numerous advanced courses that focus on cosmetics and community health. Being in the Army allowed her to give back to the soldiers serving our country and she has carried that level of care to patients who see her everyday. Dr. Nikkhah has seen many of her patients for over 15 years and built long term friendships that extend beyond the office.

Dr. Nikkhah is the first dentist I've seen who was knowledgeable about Ehlers Danlos and wanted to learn how it affects my dental care! She is very honest but not judgemental, she just wants to be sure you have a healthy mouth and I appreciate that.

Dr. Nikkah is an excellent dentist, efficient with great skills. And unlike many dentists, she's upfront on costs and I never feel taken advantage of. She goes above and beyond with extra care and been going to her for years. Definitely recommend.
