For more than 30 years Dr. Angela Ruff has lived in the beautiful Fayetteville, NC area. She was happy to return to her hometown after completing her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology at East Carolina University and Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Ruff also completed advanced training with a general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Portland, Oregon before returning to Fayetteville and opening her own practice. Her post doctorate training includes certification in Oral lmplantology at NYU. Dr. Ruff consistently practices the latest advancements in aesthetic and implant dentistry and also has extensive post doctorate training and certification with conscious moderate sedation.
Dr. Ruff has been serving as President of the Greater Fayetteville Dental Society since 2016, and has served as the Fourth District president from 1998-1999. Dr. Ruff was a trustee of the North Carolina Dental Association from 2004-2007. Dr. Ruff is an active member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Greater Fayetteville Dental Society and American Academy of Implant Dentistry .
'I have had issues over the years with my mouth, but never bragging about any of the dental facilities. Dr. Ruff and staff were great from the start, didnt inquire about how or why I waited so long to come in. They did the initial testing and put me on a plan; I feel great! Had my first procedure today and I feel good about the future with Ascot Aesthetics. No doubt what makes Ascot Aesthetics stand out is Dr. Ruff and her professional staff. And let me just add, when I opened the office door today, as nervous as I was, just being greeted by the warm friendly office administrators put me at ease. Thank you Ascot Aesthetics!
Overall great experience. I am so excited I finally found the perfect dentist for me. The staff is delightful and cheerful. And my dentist is awesome. They are all so happy and down to earth. I loved how comfortable they made me feel. I had a bad experience with my last dentist. And I was a bit nervous trying to find a new dentist. One where the staff and dentists were friendly, helpful and patient. I can honestly say that this dental office deserves all 5 stars and then some. I was blown away today. And I'm proud to say that they are now my number 1 dental facility of choice. I'm feel so happy and excited and I hope you all make the same decision. They are all so genuine and amazing!

The amazing hospitality of Ascot Aesthetic Dentistry begin for me while making my appointment. The ladies up front are so friendly. The Dentist was very consistent through my whole procedure assuring me that everything was going great. I will be going here from now on for all of my dental needs.

Dr Angela Ruff has grown up with our family. My kids were 3, 4, and 7 when she began treating our whole family. All my kids are now adults - and my husband and I still are loyal patience to Dr. Ruff. Highest level of courtesy and professionalism from the Doctor and staff; in a clean, organized, quiet and comfortable environment. The six previous dental practices that I used over the years, in the surrounding area, were not even close to the overall experience received from Ascot Dentistry.
