Dr. Lin graduated Summa Cum Laude with Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She also holds a bachelor of science degree in Biomolecular Science from the University of Michigan. She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences at Harvard and is involved in multiple research projects.
Dr. Lin specializes in a variety of general dentistry, including smile makeovers, restorative fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and she is an Invisalign certified provider. She is committed to providing her patients with only the best care possible in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Dr. Hu received her bachelors degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After college, she went to dental school at the University of Michigan where she received her doctorate degree in dental surgery. Dr. Hu then completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at University Hospital at Cleveland Medical Center. Her training was focused on full mouth rehabilitation and smile makeovers. Dr. Hu also won the grand award at the Ohio Dental Association table clinic. During her spare time, Dr. Hu spends a lot of time reading and learning new technologies. Dr. Hu is passionate about helping her patients establish healthy and confident smiles. She is a true believer in treating others the way you want to be treated. Therefore, her vision of leading Ascend Dental Studio team is to treat each patient as they are treating their own family members. Dr. Hu understands that coming to the dentist can very stressful to a lot of patients. She strives to communicate with her patients and provide an stress-free experience.

I have been a patient of Ascend Dental practice for at least past 6 years, before they were called Ascend Dental. I had a wonderful experience today: a very through cleaning and tooth review with 360 degree camera. I highly recommend this place

Dr. Hu is very competant and has a gentle touch. She spotted two issues needing observation and has been proactive. I have been at this practice, originally with Dr Ponce, for 40 years and questioned whether the new dentist would be as good but I'm quite satisfied with the care I'm receiving and will continue with Dr. Hu.

The best dentist in MA. I have been to many dentist clinics but like this one most so far. Dr. Hu is very patient and professional. The environment is very comfortable too. Easy to park and access. Highly recommend to everyone!

Dr. Hu and her team are awesome! I never experience such comfortable visit before. Everyone is super friendly and easy to communicate with. The hygienist is very detail oriented and attentive. Dr.Hu is very patiently. She explained to me clearly on each step. I am so glad to be treated by her whole team! I highly recommend for everyone should you have dental concerns.

I had a great experience today with the dentist. She and the assistant are efficient and I was pain free during a filling. Admittedly, I really miss the personal feel of the old office staff. That part is not the same, it seems like priority focus is monetary but still in line with modern practices I guess.

Dr. Anqi Hu and the staff at Ascend Dental are very professional. They make you feel welcome, confortable and they take the time to explain all the procedures and take any questions before starting. I have no complaints whatsoever after 3 visits. I would very much recommend Ascend Dental to my relatives and friends.

the cleaning was fine, but the way the staff made me feel was not. I went here because I'm self conscious of my teeth and the dentists and techs were truly so judgemental. After saying I was anxious about dentists, at the end of the visit the tech said "I'm so glad you were east I was so anxious you were going to be so annoying and difficult". The doctor was so kind, but I felt like she was forcing a cash grab by making me get braces for a procedure I didn't want. I was told that if I did what they wanted me to do "I would ACTUALLY have a nice smile". I hope they remember that patients are people and they should ask what we want before trying to make me spend money I'll never spend on their unnecessary opinion. Bedside manner is important, and if you're def conscious or nervous, don't come here.
