Fabulous experience every time I go to the dentist! Dr. Magers and his team is so kind and knowledgeable, pleasure to be a client of their practice. I had to have major ortho work done (7+ crowns) and Dr. Magers is the only doctor I've come across that was willing, able, and skilled enough to take on my case without surgery. After a little more than 1 year of treatment, I am extremely happy with the results. If you're looking for a solid dentist, look no further! Thank you!

I have severe anxiety and every time I have been in the staff has been wonderful. They are very patient with me and take the time to make sure I know exactly what to expect. They have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and have taken extra time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone!

Today was my first visit to Ascend Dental Design. I was a bit apprehensive, having decided to change dental practices after more than 15 years. The decision to change could not have been better rewarded. From the kind and helpful folks in reception to my new favorite dental hygienist, I felt welcomed, appreciated, listened to, and professionally cared for. The evaluation was thorough, and the treatment recommendations sound. They've earned my trust. The facilities and equipment are top-notch, just like everyone I encountered there. A 5-star first impression. Today may have been my 4th or 5th visit (second cleaning); staff continues to excel at being friendly, kind, competent, and helpful. Still rate 5 stars! Teeth cleaning is one thing; tooth removal is in a completely "other" category. Ascend Dental still rates 5 stars: from the cheerful and friendly front desk to the nicely appointed exam room, they know their stuff, and they know how to treat patients with cheerful compassion.

***They let you make appointments via text message-- and they always answer their texts within minutes.*** I love this dental office. I was referred here by insurance when I lost a front tooth and was hysterical about the whole replacement process. Dr. Magers and staff have held my hand this whole time and made me feel little less self conscious about my horrible dental luck. Their email communication is top-notch: Ewa, the treatment coordinator, is exceptionally patient. Danie, the impressions tech, helps me stay calm and avoid gagging on the molds, and Tanya has always been helpful when it comes to billing and appointments. Dr. Magers has been very forthcoming and flexible while I've been trying to source and finance oral surgeons. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Went here to get some teeth pulled and get dentures. Everything was great with one exception: not once but twice they called me to reschedule my appointment WEEKS from the original because there was a "mix-up" with whomever they have making their dentures. I would suggest they get a contract with someone else to do it because evidently whatever company they're going through now is very disorganized. For $10k, one would expect for everything to at least be on schedule. So if you get dentures through Ascend, don't realistically expect to get them when they say you will. Plan on walking around toothless for an extra 2-4 weeks.

Truthfully, I hate the dentist. Makes me feel vulnerable, expensive, and causes me anxiety. The moment I started going to ascend dental, I have no fears or anxiety with going to Dr. Majors. He is thorough but does not pressure you or force unnecessary treatment plans, he listens to concerns and will check and explain in ways that help understand what something could be, and he's quick. I'm seen right away and hardly wait. The assistants are all amazing as well and well teach you techniques or ideas to help prevent issues. I LOVE THEM

Great atmosphere, everyone was really nice to work with. Sarah was awesome at her job and she really made you feel at home! Dr Magers spent time to explain everything that we needed to do going forward. The whole team was very thorough at their jobs, which I really appreciated.

Ascend Dental Design was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a dentist office! They were wonderful about talking to me and making sure I was comfortable and communicating everything that was happening and always answered my question! They were extremely caring and wonderful!
