I recently moved to the area and visited this dental clinic for the first time for a cleaning. What a great dental experience! The receptionists are warm and friendly, and Alex, my hygienist, was super nice and sweet. She took the time to explain things and answered any questions I had. Dr. Asay was very nice as well. So glad I chose this clinic. It's at a great location and in such a beautiful building. Kudos to Asay Dental. Thank you, from a new patient! :)

Dr. Asay saw my 98-year old mother on an emergency basis while her regular dentist was away for the holidays. The kindness he extended to us was well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Dr. Asay proves there are good people in the world!

I called Dr. Ashay's office first thing Monday morning to see if I could get an emergency visit due to one of my filling that he had done for me came out Saturday night. The reception that answered the phone was short with me and told me there were no openings until Wednesday afternoon. She also stated that he would take a look at it but was not even sure if he could do anything for me and he might have to schedule another appointment. I explained to her that it was very sensitive and I had pain. I explain to her that I was referred to him by my prior dentist due to my anxieties. She told me that maybe I should call my prior dentist. I explain to her that I felt very comfortable the first time I was seen at their office. She told me well there was nothing they could do until Wednesday if I want that appointment she could schedule me in but that wasn't anything earlier. I have double insurance and also have had both of my vaccines for COVID-19. I called my prior Dentist and explain to him what was going on and they gave me an appointment for today. Either way I was upset with the way the receptionist had treated me and how rude she was when I wanted was to get seen for the pain from my filling. I understand that there weren't any appointments available until Wednesday, but she didn't need to be short with me.

I've been seeing Dr Asay for years, even having moved all over Ada county I always make the trip out. I've had probably over 20 fillings/ root canals treated here and a pretty intense 6 full front set of crowns done. It's been 100% life changing for me, I feel like I have such a beautiful smile now. I used to be a patient that required sedation meds for almost every visit and now I have zero anxiety! Dr Asay and his team talk though every step they take and I always have all of their attention while I'm in the chair. Monica and all of the other ladies who have assisted in my treatments are so gentle and thoughtful and Jill at the front desk has handled billing with the same level of care. So thankful I found them!

This place and the people here are nothing short of phenomenal. My tooth was chipped about half way off over a year ago when biting into a piece of bone. Up until 5 days ago I didn't experience much pain. My tooth began throbbing for hours on end everyday, when last night came the unbearable and excruciating pain which had me punching my bed with full force over and over for hours. I am afraid of the dentist due to my high tolerance to Novocaine. I've had multiple procedures that were incredibly painful due to this resistance. That being said, I requested a sedation technique which they were able to provide considering such short notice as my appointment was the same day I initially called to set up. The appointment setting service was fantastic and easy, the girl who took care of me was very courteous and professional and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of in the best possible way.... Once I sat in the chair they gave me a few options, but I just wanted the tooth OUT. Very relaxing and soothing voice tones help ease my nerves before I was given the sedation gas. And Dr. Asay provided me with additional shots due to my high tolerance as well. The procedure was PERFECT. All I felt was pressure and I literally thought as he extracting my tooth was how relaxed and great I felt. Everything came out clean and I listened to my further options and instructions once the procedure was over with. Strongly recommend for people who are nervous with Dentists like me. I will be coming here unless I decide to move at some point. Such a good result for what started with a bad situation. Thank you Asay Dental.

Hate to do this because I love that dental office I have never had a problem being there. but when I get a call from account billing services saying my bill from asay dental was sent to collections when I didn't even get a single bill in the mail, email or phone call about it, I'm pretty disappointed. Makes me never want to go back on fear of that happening again.
