Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I have had work done at Arvada smiles by both Doctors. Dr. Kamath was very thorough, fast and painless while doing my cleaning. Dr. Burana has turned my smile around with 4 veneers on my front teeth, they look amazing and he listened to my concerns so we could come up with a plan and get it done that same day! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

The people there are way better than the first time I was there. They all have great attitudes and a sense of humor. Their response time was spot on with my appointment time. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes. A great experience at the dentist. For someone that doesn't much, definitely recommend this place and the people they have right now. 10/15/22

New dentist for me, never again. Went in for a cleaning. The dentist was catty, at one point she said to me when I was asking questions..."it's your health" take my advise or leave it, I don't care, type message. Not a good fit for me.

I went in nervous, knowing I needed immediate work to alleviate the intense tooth pain I was experiencing, but with no insurance and/or current doctor or dentist I was worried I could not come up with the funds and would have to just suffer through it. They worked with me in a no pressure consult to set up a number I could afford and also set me up on an affordable per month payment plan. 3 hours later and I am already feeling a little relief. So glad I went through Arvada Smiles.

I originally selected Arvada Smiles Dentistry to replace another dentist group up the street. They requested my dental records which I finally received and transferred for the next appointment. They scheduled an appointment before reviewing my records and I came in for a cleaning and they demanded $1200.00 up front to deep clean my teeth. I asked them to review my records before proceeding and they agreed. They never called me back for the appointment. I called and they apologized then said someone would call for a follow up appointment. Still no call, so I called again and they assured me someone would call to schedule an appointment. Still no call back, finding a new dentist!

Dr. Kamath does a great job of explaining what is going on so that I never have to guess why she is doing something or be surprised by something I might experience after I get home. I am very grateful to have found her and will keep her as my dentist for as long as I can!

To give a five star review to a business such as a dentist, where discomfort is sometimes built-in (and trust me, I've been hard on my teeth and have needed some pretty major work!) five stars says a lot! This team is so professional, so considerate and engaging and they are honest and hard-working. They sincerely care about your comfort, your appearance and your overall health. Dr. Ethan Gorman is a fantastic new addition and I look forward to seeing him again. He is a fantastic addition to a great practice! And make sure Felicia is in the room with you too, she is awesome! I am so very very glad I moved to this dental office years ago, I will never go anywhere else!

I've been to this location twice and have not really had a good experience either time. My husband has also been seen here and refuses to return. My most recent visit I did have a thorough exam but the cleaning felt pretty rushed and the polish by the hygienist was absolutely terrible. I can normally feel the difference after having my teeth cleaned and polished but after this cleaning it didn't feel slick at all. The hygienist also ran the polishing machine on my gums a lot which doesn't feel great. Feels like a waste of insurance usage.

The dentist suggested that I may need a crown over a tooth with an old filling and that I see a periodontist associated with the clinic for another gum graft. I felt as if the company was primarily focused on increasing their sales revenue rather than on the dental health of the patient. Also,the dental assistant flossed and polished my teeth before the cleaning by the dentist. The order seemed reversed.

UPDATE: It's been a year and a half and my crown has broken twice. First one lasted a year and second one just broke again after 6 months. I would say I take fairly good care of my teeth (especially after having to get a root canal). My current dentist also mentioned the poor quality of both crowns that were done and didn't expect them to last long. This was my second crown too, I have never had issues with my first one that was done 4 years ago by another dentist. Yes the staff is great and prices are competitive, but now I wish I would have paid just a little more somewhere else to not have to keep getting my crown replaced. -------------------- Root canal and permanent crown all in one day?? Thanks to their in-house crown making machine I was fitted with my permanent crown the day of root canal...no need for a temp and having to come back. Plus the root canal itself was only 20 min long! 1 week later and I am just about fully recovered. Everyone in this office is great, from reception, to endo, to dentist, and even billing! The office itself feels a little out-dated compared to some of the new chain dentistries, but they make up for it by making you feel like family. Their pricing is also very competitive. I got quotes for the same dental work at over 2x the cost at other dentistries. Great job Arvada Smiles!

They took such good care of me. They thoroughly explained all my options and didn't press me to do anything. I was there for an emergency abscessed tooth and I'm glad they turned out to be the only available option for me as their patient care is wonderful

Dr. Kamath helped make a very uncomfortable thing for me to do effortless, I could not recommend her more and have already referred my entire family to her, the care and genuine interest she put into my visit was something I have never experienced. Going to the dentist is usually a horrific experience but with the kindness that she put into my visit I left there feeling confident and reassured in my dental goals. Her genuine care and investment in my best interest will stick with me and I cannot recommend her enough. The care staff were all friendly, and you can tell that they enjoy working there. The office was warm and inviting and preserved the hope that I felt. I usually am not one to write reviews but coming from someone who avoids the dentist like the plague (ha, ha) I felt the need to sing praises of how great this experience was for me.
