Dr. Bennett received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from his home state university, The University of Iowa, in 2001 and has been practicing dentistry ever since. Dr. Bennett started working for his childhood dentist in rural Iowa for two years where he focused on providing comprehensive family dentistry. In 2003, Dr. Bennett relocated to Arvada, CO and purchased a private practice, which he has grown and nurtured throughout the years. Dr. Bennett has excelled in all aspects of dentistry through hard work and hundreds of hours of continuing education courses. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry including full-arch and full-mouth restorative, implant dentistry, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, laser dentistry, root canal therapy, oral surgery, Cosmetic & Family dentistry and periodontal therapy. By completing hours of continuing education, Dr. Bennett became Moderate IV Sedation Certified to provide anxious or nervous patients an option of IV Sedation for recommended dental procedures. Requirements to maintain this specific licensure are stringent and require ACLS certification. Dr. Arnold graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1997. After graduation, she served three years as a dentist in the United States Navy and earned her Advanced Education degree in General Dentistry. Her practice philosophy is to provide highly skilled dental care with compassion and a comforting approach to ensure every member of your family has a safe and excellent experience. She is committed to placing your concerns first and providing patient education so you can make well informed and wise choices regarding your oral health. Dr. Arnold, her husband and 2 kids are thrilled to be transplants living here in Denver! In their spare time you might find them hiking, biking, or exploring another beautiful region in Colorado!
Dr. Timmerman is a South Carolina native who graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Biology in 2010 before attending dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina. After receiving his dental degree in 2016, he furthered his dental education with a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Richland Hospital to expand his knowledge of implant placement/restoration, full mouth rehabilitation, management of medically compromised patients, and digital dentistry. His desire to serve his community has led him on mission trips to provide care and dental education both locally and abroad. Outside of the office, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, tennis, and exploring all that the mountains of Colorado have to offer.
Nicole and Dr. Bennett have been working together since 2003. Nicole began her dental career over 15 years ago as a registered dental assistant. Her current role is that of business manager. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and radiant smile. Nicole loves to travel, dine out and spend time outdoors. She values quality time with her three children.
Cyndi was born and raised in Southern California where she started her career in the dental field in 1989. Cyndi relocated to Denver in 2003, where she continued working as a clinical dental assistant. After 23 years of clinical assisting, the last 4 of those years at Arvada Dental Center, Cyndi changed roles to becoming Arvada Dental Centers Treatment Coordinator. Cyndi thrives in her role as treatment coordinator as it allows her to use her years of clinical assisting to be able to educate patients on their dental conditions, and help guide them through their treatments to attain beautiful, healthy and functional smiles! When not at work, Cyndi is spending her time with her husband Scott, and their awesome dogs Dugan and Raider.
Shelby grew up in Arvada and attended Ralston Valley High School. She continued her education at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she achieved a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences. Post-graduation, Shelby began an internship here at Arvada Dental Center. After completing her internship, Shelby began working full time at Arvada Dental Center where she hopes to use her experience to become a dentist herself.
Shanna has been in dentistry for over ten years and has been a hygienist working alongside Dr. Bennett for over five years. She started her career as a dental assistant while going to school for dental hygiene. She went to hygiene school at Concorde in an accelerated dental hygiene program and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She enjoys furthering her education by attending continuing education classes to stay on top of the ever-changing dental world. Shanna is extremely passionate about educating her patients about their dental health and their needs. Shanna is a native to Colorado and grew up in Golden. She and her husband have a son and two cats. On her down time, Shanna enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing, shooting and riding motorcycles.
Aerika was born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and later achieved her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005 from Mississippi Dental Community College. Aerika relocated to Colorado in 2015 to be closer to her siblings and joined the Arvada Dental Center family in 2016. In her free time, Aerika loves reading, watching movies and spending time with her family and furbabies.
Kristin grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina and has slowly been making her way westward with stops in Chicago and now Denver. She thinks she's found her forever home & loves seeing the mountains on a daily basis. She's been working in dentistry for over 10 years and enjoys educating patients as well as providing a comfortable yet thorough cleaning. Kristin spends her spare time doing crossfit, exploring the local food & beer scene and cooking.
Denyse received her Dental Hygiene degree in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in chemistry and biology and later completed her Masters from CSU in Management with a specialty in Health Care Administration in 2015. Denyse brings a strong ability to educate her patients that was honed as program director and teacher for a dental assisting college. Denyse has practiced in both public and private sectors, co-authored an ebook and is a sales consultant for a Swiss oral care company. A Wisconsin native you will find her cheering on her home state sports teams. GO PACK GO!
As unusual as it may seem, Dawn always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child. This eventually led her down the career path of an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA). Graduating with honors from PIMA Medical Institute in 1995, Dawn began her career in the Arvada area. She has always worked in general dentistry, but with the help of Dr. Bennett, she has been allowed exceptional opportunities in continuing education. She is now certified in moderate parenteral sedation and assists Dr. Bennett in all surgical cases. She strives to build relationships with her patients and finds their trust very important and rewarding.
Elijah is a native to Colorado and has worked in the dental field for over 6 years and graduated with an EDDA certification from PIMA Medical Institute in 2013. Outside of work Elijah enjoys his time with his wife April and dog Dublin, camping, and fishing throughout Colorado. He also coaches and plays on an adult flag football team and plays softball.
Michelle grew up in Denver and graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2015. She became a part of Arvada Dental Center's team in early April of 2019. As an assistant, Michelle feels its vital for her patients to be comfortable, satisfied, and have a great experience. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, loves to eat at new places, motorcycle riding, and going camping.
Cynthea was born and raised in Texas. She received her BA at Texas tech university before deciding to go to Austin Dental Assistant School. She moved to Denver in April 2018 and immediately got her expanded duties dental assistant certification. In her free time cynthea enjoys hiking with her husband, playing with their two dogs and volunteering at the animal shelter.
