If I could rate no stars I would. Terrible customer service. I had been coming to this dentist office before covid-19 I made my appointment and when I arrived for my appointment they asked if I had been vaccinated, and I had not so they would not see me.( I really felt like they should have stated that before I made my appointment)I made a new appointment with another dentist, and they requested my x-rays they still have not sent my x-rays over its been 8 months, shame on them!

They pulled 3 teeth struggled to get two of them out my jaw is completely swollen and I'm in the worse pain I've ever been in and they only prescribed me ibuprofen 800

If they could get triple zeroes it would be good. No words to express the rudeness, overcharging and the not answering the phone to double billing charge you n bill ur insurance. Run,run run one word HORRIFIC!!!

RUDE! I usually never write reviews but the staff was SUPER rude to my dad. Literally told him to get out of the waiting room and wait in car while my brother was getting his teeth done. VERY disrespectful PLEASE READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE

Negative stars. The cleaning was adequate. COVID protocols are a bit extreme (as in EBOLA level). However, staff was rude, condescending, and non transparent. Wait times were obscene for an empty office, over an hour waiting for a cleaning (office was completely empty). The dental room had a foul rotten odor which was difficult to avoid gagging while I was getting my teeth cleaned. They were hostile when I requested to view the x-rays and see the cavities. Never sent me email with detailed information as agreed. Never called to schedule next appointment (even though they are my insurance assigned provider). HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Dental Clinic from the twilight zone.

Beware - read the negative reviews and believe them. I give them NO stars. The dentist has always been personable to me, but I'm sorry, she is not the most competent. I am looking forward to seeing a "real" dentist to have the work she did done correctly. Also, the dentist and her support staff, Dave, are super paranoid about covid. They wear so much PPE and force the paranoia on the patients. I felt like I was a character in the movie Outbreak. I think that the dentist has so much protection on her face that she cannot properly see what she is doing. Do not go there if you need more than a cleaning. Not worth it and you'll have to pay another dentist to do the job correctly. A last point - they have caller ID and won't answer your call if they feel you are "bothering" them. The only staff who does her job well and isn't covered up like everyone coming in has the plague, is Jasmine, the receptionist. Perhaps she should go to dental school....

I don't see what the fuss is about, this dental office is great. Been coming here for a few years. For my last visit, I went in for a cleaning on my lunch break and it was carried out exceptionally fast. Staff is professional and the guy I spoke with on the phone was super nice.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful!!! Unsatisfactory Service I wish I knew how to leave a negative star because I definitely would. The man in the reception area was rude and disrespectful. He was loud which made me get loud(er). I asked to speak to a supervisor and he claimed there was no one else there but him. While we are disagreeing a women comes from the back and acts as tho she will attempt to assist. She didn't!!! They claim I no longer had an appointment because someone called myself AND my son the day before to confirm our appointments and neither myself or my son answered. I let her know that no one called us. There was no missed calls or even voicemails on either of our phones. They also wanted to see my sons vaccine card which I didn't have but I offered to drive all the way home to get it and come back. She again tells me that when they called yesterday they would have told me to bring it had I confirmed my appointment. AGAIN, no one from their office attempted to contact me yesterday. I let this lady know I just took a day off from work for this appointment and she still continues to ask if I want to reschedule my appointment for another day. Very incompetent. Wouldn't recommend

Worst customer service!! Spoke to Dave he claimed to be working in that office who refused to make me a appointment. When I asked for a manager above him he said to call back next day and would not let me speak to one and hung up on me I tryed to call back and now all of a sudden they are not picking up. Now you tell me who refused a patient in getting service. Shows a lot about a office starting with bad customer service especially coming from a medical background!

Pay attention to the reviews. This dentist is very BAD. False diagnosis. Wanted to fix teeth that DID NOT need fixing for us & the teeth i had problems with she DID NOT mention at all. And didn't show our x-rays but some paper with a colored Diagram. They think we stupid. My Uncle is a Dentist!! So I Know.. Go to Horizons Family Dental care. They do Great work & honest

I personally LOVE Dr. Burns, truly a gem and one of the most nicest dentist When my daughter's teeth start coming in I will take her here. I can't express enough gratitude to this dentist and her office staff. I would have to say we need more ppl like this in the medical field!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went two times to have a checkup and cleaning. The only reason I went the second time is because I believe in second chances. I thought maybe the dentist was just having an off day. But it was only worse the 2nd time. She was not friendly at all; rather short with me in fact. She repeatedly grabbed my chin and pushed it down and told me to keep my chin down, despite the fact that I couldn't push it down any further than my chest! She spent only a couple of minutes doing the exam...shortest checkup I've ever had! She told me I had cavities, which I found very odd since I had never had a cavity in my life. Also, during the exam she said I had multiple cavities; however, after I questioned her to show me the X-rays, she strangely said I had ONE cavity! Finally, if I really did have a cavity, there would have been an appointment made to fill it, right? Nope! She simply said at the end of my appointment, see you in 6 months! So I decided to go get a second opinion at another dental office. No cavities! This doctor seems to be scamming. She was telling me things were in need of fixing, that simply were not true. The cleaning was the shortest cleaning I've ever had done in my life. I felt that I was just being rushed out of the office. It was a very cold, rushed experience. The worst of my life.

Please do not go here. Believe the reviews I wish I would have read them before making my appointment. 1st off they charged me an automatic $45 for an emergency appointment even though I made my apot 2 wks in advance. 2nd, the guy assistant who brought me back was rude and should not be working around people. I understand being matter of fact when giving direction but he wasjust flat out RUDE. Not only that I waited an hour and 45 min and still was not seen. They only had one other patient the entire time i was there..I walked out..nothing taking care of after being in pain for 2 weeks, I couldn't imagine that guy working on my teeth. This place is cold and rude and after reading reviews I'm so happy I left.
