Dr. Sigdel received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, the first accredited Dental School in India. Following her graduation, she remained at the University to complete a year-long clinical dental internship. Dr. Sigdel continued to pursue her passion for dentistry by earning her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at University of Chicago Illinois. She has advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, general dentistry and pediatrics.
Giving back has always been part of Dr. Sigdels philosophy. Both, in India, Nepal and the United States, she has organized and volunteered with Mobile Dental Clinics providing free services to under-served areas, participated in Give Kids a Smile Day for handicapped patients and spent hundreds of hours giving back to those less fortunate.
After spending many years honing her skills as an Associate in the Baltimore Washington area, Dr. Sigdel decided she wanted to be able to serve her patients in her practice. Her philosophy is simple . . . treat everyone the same and help those in need.

Had a really good experience, really took care of my teeth and I have never smiled more than I did before she cleaned them so well. Very detailed and accurate on what needed to be done.

I am giving 5 stars, if I could give more it would be 10. My daughter had a bad tooth pain and when I called I got her in the next day. She made it a possible ti fit my daughter in. My daughter was extremely upset and scared because she had to get num to extract a tooth and the dental receptionist calmed her down saying that Dr. Arundati is really good of not making her feel alot of pain just a pinch and she didn't even feel the tooth extracted. She was really quick about it. I am really happy my dad referred my kids and myself to Dr. Arundati. Her and her staff go above and beyond to make our visits as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

Dr. sigdel is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I've ever met. She explains every procedure in an informative way which helps me feel relaxed and less scared. The whole place feels welcoming and comforting. I've had an wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend!!!

I highly recommend Dr.Sigdel and her amazing staff. Dr.Sigdel will take time to explain what needs to be done and she will make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was worried about Dr Gurney retiring because I didn't think I would find someone who could replace him but I did and so happy she is my new dentist. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Everyone in this office including Dr. Sigdel are just the most genuine, kind and understanding people that show actual care in the work they do! I came to become one of Dr. Arundati Kharel Sigdel patient's through a promotion she was running on Groupon during the holiday. Yet, I assure you that she is no novice fishing for unsuspecting clients! From the front desk staff to the dental assistants, including the doctor herself, is very warm, informative, and welcoming. Dr. Sigdel was totally awesome. A root canal was not an option. She pulled my tooth, did a bone graft, and put stitches in. Totally painless after getting nova cane and didn't take long to complete. Very gentle throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Sigdel.
