I love Dr. Ricaud and his staff! They are efficient and caring! I love the music that they play. Kate is my hygienist and she does a great job! They will be in there new office soon! Dr. Ricaud is so friendly and good at what he does!!

I love this dentist office. Everyone is amazing. I have always despised going to the dentist, but not anymore. The front desk is always so courteous and friendly. Katelyn (the hygienist) always does a great job and is light handed, which is a big deal to me. Dr. Ricaud seems to genuinely care about all of his patients and truly makes and effort with every person in his chair. I will continue to come back and rave about this place as long as they are in business.

Awesome experience @ Dr Ricauds office.. Office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Caitlyn answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr Ricaud is transparent clear and straight forward.. everyone is super friendly and caring. I am looking forward to getting my implants!! If you are looking for professionalism, great service, experience, options and decent pricing, Artistic General Dentistry is the dental office to visit!

Walked in to get info about becoming a new patient and I got that and my cleaning I'm the same day. They are so loving and make you feel at home. I love the positive energy which I am so big on. You won't regret visiting this office and becoming a patient.

A great office overall but they tell lies, don't communicate with each other, and also make up charges to take your money. I don't have insurance and need a lot of work done. I was given a treatment plan of things they said I didn't need making my treatment plan very costly. The assistant told me I didn't need certain work done but the office manager told me I did. They also charged me for X-rays that I did not ask for. I scheduled an appointment for extraction on a certain tooth. Dr. Stated that if I get implants to just wait. I said ok. They charged me $202 for unwanted xrays for tooth I didn't come in for and thorough explanation of a procedure we already talked about in a previous visit. I never got extraction or nothing even a dental mirror in my mouth. So why was I charged $202? The doctor is the one who wanted to wait. Fast forward I scheduled implant and explained to Amanda the situation she said she would deduct the X-rays (smh) instead of putting that $202 towards my extraction being that the doctor told me to wait to get it done. On previous visit where assistant said I didnt need a $625 bone graft and Dr. said my bone was good. Amanda said yes I did need it. At this point I'm fed up. I just want my teeth to get fixed and be happy with my dentist. This office doesn't give me that. I found a new one which is way better and willing to help me with my needs. And they call themselves Christians. I use to be an assistant. I know how things go.

Great family Dentist. Excellent service. My first visit was a emergency around Christmas. I phoned the 24 hr number they got back to me early the next morning. Dr Ricuad came in it was a Saturday morning. I could tell he wasnt expecting to work that morning. I was in a lot of pain. While the numbing was taking effect he asked if I would mind if he said a prayer. We prayed together and he took care of my pain. The tooth was cracked to the root and needed a root canal. I was very blessed to have call that particular 24 hr. Number.
